I couldn't be more pleased with my Generac generator installation…read more The crew's workmanship was top-notch -- every detail was handled with care, and the setup looks clean and professional. They took the time to walk me through the generator's operation step-by-step, making sure I felt confident using it. From start to finish, their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

INCREDIBLY DISSAPOINTED! BE WARNED!…read more We scheduled a service call for March 24th, 2026 and were told that the technician would be there in the afternoon and would call on his way. We took off work and waited. Text messages came assuring us they were on their way several times, only to get a voicemail later that they should have scheduled it early in the morning since there were 3 air conditioners and wouldn't make it. I called back, rescheduled for today April 14th. I received a text message this morning letting me know I was on the schedule and that they would be in contact with us when the tech was on his way. By 11:00am I had heard nothing. I contacted them (all done through AI mind you) and they said they heard my concern and someone would be coming out still today. At 3:00pm I contacted them again and they said now, the gentleman that was scheduled to come out here was stuck and couldn't come out until tomorrow...So do you think they were actually going to come out tomorrow? The answer is no. I live in a rural town which they CLAIM to service but its only if you are convenient. Poor planning, poor scheduling, they will drop you for their higher paying jobs. They don't care to lose your service because they can't keep up with it anyways. Take my advice and call someone else. Insincere. Diengenous. Should probably higher some real people. Now certainly wouldn't trust them to do a good job and not rush to something else.

We set up the installation at the same time we bought the units online from the Google Store. Our HVAC system turned out not to be compatible with these thermostats, and the assigned technician could not complete the installation. So, we turned to Southern Comfort, having established that they installed the system during our home's construction. They got their Josh out to us later the same day! He installed a pair of Ecobee Smart Thermostats instead. Carrier made our HVAC system, and they now own Ecobee, so it was a sound choice on his part. Josh returned the next day at our request to fine-tune the settings to match our requirements. It's a sophisticated system, but he took the time to explain its nuances and get us in a happy, warm place. It was a delight to work with Josh and the Staff in the Southern Comfort Office. It was cost-effective and good value too. Oh, that we had been smart enough to contact them in the first place.

He was thorough and quickly located the problem in the attic, a wire that had unattached. He was polite and professional. When I paid the bill, he asked me if I was a senior which gave me a discount on the service call. I've used this company over many years for service calls and for 2 new HVAC units. I recommend this company for quick service and trouble shooting only that which needs to be done.

This summer, my air conditioner stopped working. First thing in the morning, I looked up HVAC…read moreservices nearby and picked these guys since they were open early and they were the closest. Somebody responded immediately and sent a technician in the afternoon. The tech did a thorough checkup and identified that the capacitor had gone bad. They also suggested that I replace the entire HVAC unit since it is almost 20 years old. I requested a quick fix which is to replace the capacitor. Capacitors seem to be very cheap when purchased online. They charged way more than the price, of course factoring in the time and labor involved with the analysis and replacement, it was reasonable. The tech who showed up was very knowledgeable. A few months later, in winter and a day after the first frost, my heater stopped working and I spent an entire night shivering in the cold. First thing in the morning, I requested conditioned air solutions for a technician and they sent someone within a couple of hours. The tech spent a lot of time checking the hvac system and identified the same issues as the previous tech mentioned. This technician was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. It was apparent that my HVAC is getting old and I could no longer continue with the temporary fixes. I decided to replace the entire thing and conditioned air solutions gave me an estimate and a payment plan. After I agreed, they booked a technician within a couple of days. The entire process went smoothly and their technicians have done an awesome job with the installation. They cleaned up well afterwards. I could not be happier with the service. I suspect that their prices might be a bit higher, but from what I understood talking to their techs is that the company pays them well and treats them well. So, all is well! I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

It hit 85 in my house today on a 6 year old unit from Conditioned air. Let that sink in before you…read morecall them. TLDR: Most expensive in the area for no benefit or gain over other companies. In fact, design of our system was extremely poor, we've had multiple mechanical issues, and overall the experience has been not the best compared to other companies. Please get multiple quotes, you will thank yourself We have an upstairs and downstairs unit from them installed in 2020. The primary issue relates to a pump-drain system installed by them. Our previous upstairs unit relied on gravity to drain condensation. After we got into the install of the new unit, I was then informed that the new unit would not fit in the attic and would have to be placed somewhere else. After their horrible plan to place it basically out in the open of the second story, I proposed a solution where it could be out in a newly constructed closet. No big deal except a few days later I noticed them installing some stuff next to it so I asked what it was. They explained that it was a pump for the condensation line. I expressed STRONG concern to deviating from a gravity fed condensation line. They swore up and down that multiple customers had them without issue. I foolishly trusted the name. Boy was I wrong. For the first several years, I suffered through that pump. At first, it was just crazy loud. When it came on, it almost covered the TV. So they built a box. Then it got worse. It has a fail safe trigger system that shuts the unit down if it isn't pumping right or the trigger flips. I spent COUNTLESS nights hot and sucking water out of that stupid thing to limp the unit along until a tech could come out. After a few years and many complaints, a tech finally acknowledged that many many customers were having the same issue and they had decided to try to install a better plumbing piece for most of them. So I was being lied to previously apparently. They scheduled me for the new plumbing install for the pump and it did a LOT better until writing this review. I just got my wife home from the hospital to a hot house. And you guessed it, condensation pump lines are full... I will most likely have these issues for the life of the unit
