She had such a great attitude and was super nice. They have some amazing ad on options such as adding UV Light, whole house dehumidifier, and whole house surge protection. The units may be considered costly but I really wanted something of high quality and long lasting. I am very thankful to Andrew who worked hard to get my unit installed within 12 hours. The guys that came out to do the replacement were wonderful. I had Dillian, Stephan and Jimmy working tirelessly through the heat to get the job done within 6 hours. They do offer financing options as well that I thought were very reasonable. I had an exceptionally positive and fantastic experience with them and I would highly recommend them.

However, the service to the tile floors and carpets were not what I expected. The tile floors were left very wet. The technician only sprayed liquid cleaner on the tile and then sucked it up. Tiles were left very wet. The service to the shower are did not get everything clean. After it dried, there was a film left on the surface. I will now have to go back and clean that up. The carpet cleaning was done to your standards but not to mine. It was sprayed then quickly vacuumed up. Not a thorough job. The last cleaning we had was with Zerorez. It was a lot better and I will go back to them in the future. The technician tried to keep selling me additional services which I didn't appreciate. I paid $380 for the service that was to be $215. After pulling the dryer out from the wall it was discovered that the vent hose was ripped in the middle and too long that Lowe's had recently installed one month ago. The Lowes installation crew had installed an 8 food dryer hose. A shorter one was needed. The 4' hose was 79.00 from the Duct Doctor, it sells for 25.00 at Lowe's and that was added to the 249.00 minimum charge, so I believed all of this and gave him a 20.00 tip for a total $348.00. I need to include the following, the very kind technician sent his scope up the vent to discover very little lint in the shute and daylight peeking in at the top. He immediately suggested a roof vent to be replaced. He told me that it was going to cost 749.00. He had to schedule it with his roofer. I was shocked. A dryer vent on the roof is only about 25.00 at Lowe's. My house is 6 years old. The vent on the roof is metal and bent the way they are supposed to be. The light was a good signal that it was not clogged. I called my handyman after he left. My handyman came over only to find nothing was wrong with my roof vent. The light peeking through was the signal all was clear. One can imagine how I felt after this bad adventure. (On a side note-this house is 6 years old. We moved in 2 years ago. After we moved in we had the duct doctor over to check the vent and all was great. That was 2025). What would you think of this company's ethics?
