He has also helped us with skunk removal and scorpion control. All the myriad of problems presented when living in the country. Through the years he has exhibited a high level of professionalism and expedience in providing help. There is no one else that we would ever use for extermination of these varmints that think they can live with us. He is simply the best. The shop owner and myself had a small disagreement over giving them my passcode. I went ahead and…read morehad them order a new screen for my phone; and returned two days later for repairs. I've had many screen replacements and had never been asked for my passcode before, so I was a little taken back by this on my first visit. upon my second visit I tried explaining that in the two days waiting for my screen to arive, I'd looked up if that was a common practice, and it turns out it is. I was going to apologize for being aprehensive on my first visit. before I could finish my sentence he became defensive and rude and started talking loudly over me (not quiet shouting). I apologized for coming across as "rude". the fact is when he interrupted me it triggered my stutter. he saw that stutter as disrespect. I never did finish explaining my misunderstanding, or get to apologize for my aprehensivness. I went ahead with the repairs. note that my phone was in perfect condition aside from the screen damage. a day went by and I noticed my battery draining abnormally fast. I assumed it was in my head because the front counter man left a bad taste in my mouth, so I didn't think much of it. now 6 days after said screen repair my battery is completely shot. it won't hold let alone take a charge. cost a total of $149.99 TLDR: I suspect they intentionally damaged my battery in spite, due to me being "rude"(stuttering). I do not have any proof of this claim, but I do have a long history of having my phones repaired. However, I encourage you; if you need repairs, go ANYWHERE but Heartland. The man at the front desk is rude beyond any I've experienced in my history of phone repairs. not to mention the sudden, and unexplainable death of my perfectly fine battery.
