I've been going to this doctor since I was a little kid. Dr. Peng is great - if you can get an appointment with him. He's so booked out you can barely get your physical done on time. I usually wind up going to some other random nurse or doctor whenever I need to go. It feels like they have a high turn over and I've never seen the same nurse or doctor twice and I used to get sick a lot as a kid. I asked them to write down that I go by Mason ten years ago and they still never use my name. This place used to be great, but it sucks now. I have been using these provider for last 15 years. The doctors are great, but the billing department is a nightmare. I have dealt with two billing issues in the past year. The first one took way too much effort to get resolved, and now the second is being completely mishandled -- all I am getting are excuses and zero accountability. It's unacceptable. I have left the practice and they are witholding my medical records, against HIPPA law. Blackmail to get their last $75.00 for an appointment they made on Columbus day, a holiday, which is not their holiday. It's ok for you to wait in their office for as long as you have to, but when there is confusion, they are willing to lose me as a patient, remove my access to my medical records. Beware.. read more

i have been a patient here for 20 years. I come in once a year for a physical to renew my medications. I saw a new doctor for once and now my whole chart is messed up and they won't prescribe me the two medications I've been taking for 10 years. DONT GO HERE. I have been going there for about 30 years. The doctors are excellent, so are the nurses and the staff. They can be reached at all times and the dr. on call will always call you and help you. They are very professional and caring. I now live in South Carolina for about 5 or 6 months. I can always call them up and they will come to my aid. The treatment in the north is far superior to the treatment and care in the south. If I have an emergency, I am on a plane to my doctors up north. Appreciate them. They work hard! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Staff is beyond rude. Tried to fax my blood work to them by both myself and by my other doctors. My doctors and I were both unable to fax through the bloodwork and when letting them know that was told to "keep trying". Then after physically walking in my bloodwork they lost it! Obviously as I was upset trying to talk to the staff about this, the office manager told me I was being disrespectful!!! Dr. O'Hara was dismissive of my symptoms, wrote me off as a "young adult that's healthy", and lacked communication. Super upsetting. This is the primary care office for both my mother (89 years old) and myself. We followed Dr Deborah Wright from her PA office and are so glad we did. Dr Wright is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She and the nurses in the office always follow up and provide clear and helpful advice. I have called numerous times with concerns about Mom and have been called back quickly and with very solid advice. They care more about their schedule than patient care, I saw them abuse a mentally ill man and his Father because they were late, so upsetting was it I offered them my appointment. I've been going here for years. Over the last 12 months I've had three problems with the staff. The last one being today where they sent the prescription to the wrong place which will cost me a and additional $30 co-pay at the pharmacy. I called to talk to the office manager but she is not in. Someone by the name of Shirley said she could help me but was so rude and talked over me I couldn't get anything resolved. I've been going here for years. Love Doctor Licetti - he has never prescribed an unnecessary of name-brand medication when a generic is available. Honestly, it was so refreshing to go to a doctors office that is up to date on technology. One caveat, is I am generally healthy and go to the doctor no more than 1-2x per year. I called to make an appointment and inquired if a certain physician is still practicing there and the front desk woman was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn't use full words and just said "Nuh" when I asked about Dr. Bachrach. Based upon that call I will not being going to this practice even to see a different physician. Most of the doctors at this facility are great, but Dr. O'Hara truly doesn't deserve to be a doctor. I was in the office twice in 6 weeks and was not prescribed anything. The first day I went in, I had a cough and was told there was nothing I could take. Then after still having a cough 4 weeks later and started to experience body aches, chills, and a 102 fever I went back in to see Dr. O'Hara and she refused to prescribe me anything and told me to take Tylenol. A week and a half later I was still very sick with a cough, chills, and chest pain so I went to see another doctor. I was diagnosed with bronchitis that had turned into pneumonia and asthma(which I did not have before) and this was caused from me not being treated. This is unacceptable and I should hope this never happens to anyone! read more

I've been going to Hunterdon Family Physicians for many years, but I am in the process of looking for a new doctor, as I'm convinced at this point that they just don't care. I've been there a few times when I got the "why are you wasting my time with your silly concern" vibe. This past January, I was experiencing some health issues and I went to them to find out what was wrong...they did some blood work and told me everything looked fine. It turns out my dermatologist, who I saw in the meantime, discovered that I was extremely low in iron - that's because she actually took my concerns seriously and took the time to thoroughly review my blood work. When I called just this week (it's March 2017) for an appointment to see Dr. O'Hara, they told me she didn't have anything available until September. And the last time I saw Dr. Donetz, I sat in the waiting room for over two hours. When I came out of that appointment, the office had closed down and was dark. Ridiculous. The positive things I can say are that the nurse has always called back, and Mackenzie Mapes, the NP, seems like she actually cares. I saw her when I had a finger infection and she actually followed up with me to see how I was doing. read more

This doctors office is terrible!!! I arrived a few minutes late because I couldn't find the office door right away and the rude women at the front desk told me I had two options to reschedule or wait a half an hour. I waited 1 hour and 45 mins atleast. They kept me in a back room with a closed door. I was asked the same questions by two different nurses. They didn't seem caring or interested in helping me at all. Dr. Jeff Waldron comes in to the room totally oblivious . He has no interest in the fact that I was in severe pain. He put me on a steroid based off a "presumption" and gave me nothing for the pain. I am 4 days in to the medication and the pain is still there. I have no history of taking any pain medicine and the only other time I visited this office I had sutures taking out by the NP Dr. Mckenzie (she was nice). I will never visit this office again. They were incredibly rude. Again I could write a book on what I seen here. I would never recommend this office to anyone!!!!! I wish I went to the ER. It looks like I'll be paying another doctors office to correctly diagnose what Dr. Waldron misdiagnosed. Completely incompetent. read more
