My experience at Pleasant Run has been first rate for three years. My primary physician, Erica Gilroy, warmly cares and listens well, reviews my health history carefully, looks at the big picture and how the parts relate, is broadly knowledgeable and thorough, and follows up conscientiously. I credit her with helping me in multiple ways to be in pretty good shape as I reach 80. Office staff I have encountered ... Gloria, Brittany, Kristin ... have been welcoming, efficient, and helpful. Dr Delavalle is the greatest! Thorough and down to earth. Very responsive to messages. I am in the medical field myself and am impressed with her knowledge base! She is a new Dr to me as my primary Dr moved out of the area. I had high expectations and was impressed! Would highly recommend. Also my daughter sees a PA who is also very good! Both of them knew our history before we walked in, meaning they took time out to read the chart transferred to them. I have also has had professional experience working with the whole group. The encounters were always well received and acted upon promptly. My clients highly recommended them as well word of mouth is great! I LOVE Dr. Gilroy!! I was not happy with my current primary care so I thought I would try a different practice. I am so happy I found her. She actually listens and thinks outside the box when it comes to unexplained issues. I have a sense of humor so I like that she can joke around with me and make light of a stressful situation. Horrible! Waited over an hour to see someone my second visit (they forgot I was there), the doctor ordered tests that she didn't tell me about (she told me they were taking blood for one thing, they took it for that plus other things... wound up having to fight my insurance because the doctor tested for things that my specialist had already tested for, and the doctor already had the results, so it wasn't like she didn't know). The office itself smelled heavily of cigarette smoke (maybe one of the office staff smokes?) all three times I was there. read more

What a rip off, they charged me $450 to clean wax from my ears and said I need extra time for two appts. not one. Did not consider I waited for over 30 mins for them to see me. STAY AWAY !! they will jack the prices and hit your insurance whenever they think they can. PS been going there for 2 years and they could care less... read more

I started taking my kids here when we moved to Hunterdon county 5 years ago and eventually my husband and I started going there as well. Dr. Dellavalle and Dr. Rigatti are amazing. They never ever rush their appointments and are extremely thorough. I never hesitate to ask questions. These days physicals don't include as much they used to however these 2 doctors do as much as they can. If we have a sick visit and the doctors add not available they have 2 PAs on staff that know exactly what they are doing. I would recommend this practice to everyone. read more

Wow, I look through these reviews and can't believe what I am reading. Other than the fact that the reviews are 1,2 & 3 years ago I don't understand what some of these people are talking about. I have been seeing the doctors at this practice for at least 15 years. I have never had to wait and the doctors have always been extremely attentive. You can also do a virtual appointment now which I did the last time I got a really bad sore throat. I would highly recommend these doctors. They have always been spot on for me and my family. read more

I've been using Dr Rigatti for many years and have always questioned his medical advise or lack there of.I was at the office 01/19 following up blood work that i recently had done.When i got there,I complained of lack of energy and suggested that i thought perhaps my afib was back. He examined me and told me it wasn't AFIB but not once did he suggest that perhaps i should have a covid 19 test done. A couple days later i developed a cough with a low grade fever.At that point it was a co worker as well as a friend that suggested the test again at which point i decided to go to urgent care in Raritan and have it done. At the day of the visit the doctor at urgent care noticed my BP was high and was appalled how my doctor (Rigatti) never suggested an increase to my BP meds.When i mentined the convo to Doctor Rigatti he seemeed agitated and put off by that.The doctor at the urgent care also asked why Dr Rigatti never mentioned being tested for sleep apnea.A question i also didnt have an answer too.My own mother has high high BP.Even she always wondered why my BP meds were never increased.That day it turned out that i was tested positive tor Covid 19 (Dr Rigatti never even suggested that i have the test done. Dr Rigatti will only react when the patient inquires. He wont or is completely unable to make medical advise on his own velition.A couple days after i was diagnosed with covid i called suggesting i felt really bad with having covid.His only response was that my quaranteen was about to end and basically absolved himself of all further responsibilty with my case.I wont EVER use him or Pleasant run family physicians again and hope that more people that read this review will wind up following suit.Im also with a new primary care provider who so far seems to be doing a wonderful job! read more

Dr.Rigatti has been my families primary physician for two years . He is very friendly in person . And from scheduling an appointment to billing , everything is smooth here . I didn't have to wait for more than 10 minutes maybe because I always go early in the morning . read more

We began there when our son was born 28 years ago and remain devoted to them. I went years without a physical (I was a coward) but began going there about 15 years ago. I couldn't be more satisfied. My PCP there (yes, she's a PA) could not be more responsive and understanding and attentively answers all my questions. As for the staff and office, my appointments all take place on time. read more

Where do I even begin? First off, majority of their doctors aren't even real doctors, they're physicians assistants. Unfortunately, you can basically never get an appointment with a real doctor so you have to settle on a pa. Now for me, I went there yesterday suffering from back pain I've had for the past 2 years that has gotten extensively worse in the last few months. I go in and I'm talking to the doctor and he says that I should "purchase better shoes", "take aleve", and "continue going to the chiropractor" which has not been helping for over a month. Upon asking him if there should be X-rays taken, his response was "if there was trauma or you were older we'd take some sort of imaging but because you're 19 it's uncommon that something could be wrong." So I go home and contact a different doctor that would be able to see me two days later. I was in so much pain all night that I couldn't sleep and ended up in the emergency room. The doctor there told me we needed an MRI so I call in the morning to speak to the doctor to get an mri. The nurse calls me back 3 and a half hours later and tells me the physicians assistant thinks I should get an ultrasound instead of an mri. So they give me the number to call and I call and they never received the fax so the office sent it again in which the radiology office still didn't receive it. Once I called them back they had been faxing my script for the ultrasound to the wrong number. Don't waste your time going here. It's awful. read more

They have a PA working there his name is Mr.Bittone. One night I called after hours and left a message that I was not feeling any better and needed different meds soon after I called again and left another message telling him that my pharmacy was about to close in 30 minutes so if he was sending anything out he would have to do it right away, well after that he called me right back and began yelling at me saying I should not call because it was not an emergency and you could only call if it's an emergency while I was wheezing and coughing so bad that I can barely breathe, I think that was an emergency obviously he did not he was disrespectful and threatened to have me removed as a patient I was horrified by how he spoke to me I could not believe how unprofessional he was, he had no compassion for my illness and could care less about how I was feeling, and without warning he decided he was done and hung up on me. read more
