It was my first visit there for my 20 month old sons. We felt like we made a big mistake by coming here based on the lack of interest from the front desk. It felt like they were rushing us through the process. But then we meet the hygienist and the dr. It was a complete 180! They were so kind and patient. My son felt comfortable and we felt like we would be back for any future needs. If the front staff was more engaging and friendlier I would give it a 5 star review.

The waiting area is filled with tvs, toys, and computers for the kids to play with. The rooms are beautifully decorated with tvs on the ceiling so that when they lay back they can watch tv. The area that they do fillings and other dental work is completely separate, so the children are not unnecessarily scared by looking at the instruments. And of course they have a treat area for afterwards. Book your appointment on the way out because they fill up fast!

I am a dental assistant for over 25 yrs and I am able to get X-rays on my daughter no problem. So I took them 6 months ago and emailed them several times to the dentist for them to look at them and get back to me about treatment she might need due to her having to be sedated. Never heard back from them. Then I took her in recently to get her cleaning and again they couldn't get her to open again and I asked them about the X-rays that I had sent and they looked up the email and pulled it up the office manager and dentist reviewed but didn't talk to me and left me sitting in the waiting room for a good 15 mins. They used both Laughing gas and general anesthesia for cavity treatment…read more When you go for general check-up and find cavity, Normally a doctor would have discussed course of procedure they going to perform. like what kind of anesthesia they going use, what kind of filling n all. But nothing was discussed. Right before our appointment to treat cavity, we got a text msg to sign the laughing gas consent or else the appointment's will be canceled .This an hour or 2 before our appointment. Most of the first time parents don't know what anesthesia is used on kids. we thought it is just a consent for using anesthesia which is obviously required for cavity treatment, we gave it without reading it. in the fine print it is written that they gave many option for anesthesia and we chose Laughing Gas at the cost of 70$ out of pocket. According to consent they didn't gave us any option. Also my husband was there for cavity treatments, when he found they use 2 kind of anesthesia obviously any parents will get furious. Instead of accepting there communication issue they bared both of my kids to visit any of there center. Its fine i can always look for a new doctor. But the way they treated us and kids is very unfair.

I have already paid for the x-rays and the records are available to the doctor. I am shocked and disappointed to have such grade service turn to this. If remember thinking that it was too good to be true. I just hope that this dentist is not in it for the money only and have done all that he had to to gain the following but is not able to actually keep a solid responsibility towards the children. This office used to be open any time of day, weekends as well to 'help' accommodate the cleaning of the teeth, but are not able to do the same to fix the teeth. I do not recommend.

It also featured a wide array of toys and children's books. The dentist's practice was decorated with a lot of toys to ensure a delightful experience for kids. The pediatric dental exam, cleaning and fluoride treatment were performed quickly. It was an incredible pleasant experience for children. Children were giggling through the dental exam. Milan Patel, DMD and his Assistant Sherry did an excellent job. Afterwards, Milan gave some great pieces of advice to optimize oral hygiene for children. For example, children' teeth should be brushed immediately after drinking 'Pediasure'. The latter is loaded on sugar. Sherry gave us some complimentary samples (a toothpaste, toothbrush and floss) in addition to coupons. She even offered children a free toy (a blow ball pipe) and some stickers. It was easy to park on their private parking lot.
