Each time we go, they are always asking about the other kids and our spouses. It feels like a local neighborhood doctor. They are quick to respond if we call for anything. They are beyond pleasant with the kids, and NONE of the fear going to the doctor (even after shots). The office staff holds the same level of integrity as the doctors and are nothing but professional. We trust these two with the lives of our children. Their patience with children is nonexistent, which is shocking for a pediatric office. The front waiting area is uncomfortably cold and unwelcoming. I truly can't stand coming here and will be moving to a different provider. This is the only medical office I've genuinely disliked in a long time--and we've had to switch a few due to insurance changes. To top it off, I was told that if I don't give vaccines, my child could die. Unbelievable that offices like this still operate in today's world.

I found this pediatrician office from a friend referral, a old friend with young children that lives in the UCF area, and have used TLC pediatrics for a while. I liked that the initial consultation was a meet and greet, where I had the opportunity to meet the doctor, and explain her some conditions that my daughter may need it some attention. In that initial meeting, the Doctor was very attentive, she listened what we have to says as parents, she was sweet with my daughter, and we started from there. I really loved that after speaking to her, her initial reaction wasn't to sent me to other specialists, or therapies, her advised was to le monitor the conditions and see where we go from there, which I'm forever grateful. They have been prompt when it comes to setting appointments, no issues so far with billing and/or insurance. A good thing my daughter has been healthy, and we haven't had to take her for extra or sick visits other than the routine preventive services. However, the times when I had to call them for a doubt they have been good in answering my questions or getting back to me in a timely manner I'm very happy with Doctor Morris so far, the office and their services in general, and definitely would recommend it if somebody asks.

The front office staff is always quick with a smile and check in is easy. they always ensure that everything they have information why is up-to-date and accurate. We specifically go to Dr Didea, who we love! however, if you get any of the other doctors hear you're sure to be just as happy. We've had several appointments that were scheduled at the last minute due to illness and seeing the other doctors at that time. They were all just as great! You can tell that everybody here really looks at their job and the people they work with as a family and enjoy what they do! Overall: A++ highly recommend them for anyone with Littles. They have an online portal, MyChart, so you can see doctors notes and send messages to your doctor and schedule appointments through there. From front staff to the nurses to the doctors, all of them truly care about your kids and they make it fun for the kids because we all know how kids hate the doctors office haha

Over 3.5 years it's become a joke to our family that we can always expect them to be rude. It's hard to get the appointment time you want, but that's understandable with such a busy office.
