It's refreshing to have someone who is positive and caring and doesn't yell. The other trainers at the barn are equally amazing. It doesn't matter if you are 5 or 65, you will be treated with kindness and respect and learn so much! This barn is well maintained and the horses are well taken care of. I recently moved my horse to Jaid stables at the beginning of September. It has been an amazing month with top notch care and attention to my horse. They love her like their own and I never have to worry about not being able to make it to the barn some days because I know that she is getting top notch care. In addition to their 5 star boarding, the trainers are top notch! My horse receives training rides once a week and is already showing vast improvements on the flat and over fences. My weekly lessons are always engaging and present new but feasible challenges that help me grow and become a better rider. Although I am not showing at the moment all of their riders have demonstrated top placings at local and A rated shows. I can't wait to start competing with Jaid next season!

Obviously the farms can't help big developers taking all the land, but reviewer made it sound like these homes are all over the farm. We didn't see any homes while in the farm. Some people just love to complain.

He has allowed me to become more confident and be extremely successful at all of the shows I have gone to (pulling a tricolor at most of them They have a great IEA team and a great group of people there no matter where you look. The horses are always well taken care of and the facility is gorgeous. There are trainers for every level of riding that allow you to expand your knowledge and physical ability.
