Open, well equipped kitchen / dining / living great room is a great place to relax. Of course, the getaway is memorable from the incredibly beautiful horses that make this their home too. Breathtakingly majestic creatures to watch as they are on stage in these active working equestrian stables. The owner PB is a delightful and accommodating host. I recently switched boarding my horse to a new place. Had been here for over a year. While…read morenothing seriously wrong, was not happy with the constant turn over of employees (trish was the best!!!!) sanitary conditions of the barn, lack of training equipment (jumps, barrels etc) and while turnouts were daily, depending on weather, pastures were not up to snuff for grazing horses. Owners were absentee, with their young daughter as barn manager, who was rarely around. Overall was not terrible, but for amount of board charged was expecting more care and attention to the horses and owners.

This stable is great! I came here looking for better instruction in Eventing and I got just what I…read moreneeded. The stable is clean and organized. Both trainers have their own scheduling board so the students can see which horse they are riding. So far every time I have come my trainer has been on time and was already in the barn by the time I came. The horses there are well-trained and gentle. The facilities there are very nice. My lessons have also been very good as well. Each lesson I rode the full duration and was not shorted at all. My only complaint is that there is no dressage arena(or arena emptied of jumps). This means that working on dressage can be difficult since you can't work in the full size of a dressage arena. There are also no letters so for those who are just learning dressage this can make things more difficult.

Our daughter has only taken lessons for a year but she has really excelled with their training! Perhaps the facilities aren't as new and pretty as some of the North Fulton stables, but I can definitely say her Camp experiences were night and day from one in Milton (2010, very basic) versus Falcon Ridge (2011, more fun for her, more in-depth lessons). Looking forward to seeing her continue to learn and do more in the future! Big fan!

Watched my 8 year old ride in the covered arena on a rainy day - an accident waiting to happen. I…read morecould hardly watch. The horse she was on seemed distracted and she couldn't control it. Her young "trainer" just kept yelling at her to use her legs, but I could tell she was frightened and didn't know what that meant. The part of the covered arena she was using wasn't entirely covered, so the rain was still getting in, there was lots of mud that her pony did not want to go in, and yet she was with 3 other riders who were having their own lesson using one jump in this tiny area. One of the other girls almost ran into my daughter and then her trainer yelled at her! There were 8 other riders, with 2 different trainers who, maybe because they owned their own horses, were lucky to have the rest of the covered arena although there were lots of horses and riders charging around. What a mess! 12 horses, 12 riders, 3-4 trainers, parents everywhere - chaos. Maybe this place is ok when it's sunny and they can use different riding areas, but things seemed dangerous - I wasn't the only parent that was anxious! Finding somewhere else to ride.
