Unfortunately, this summer (July-August) a weed issue went untreated and ended up overtaking most of my grass. I only got real attention after escalating the concern myself. A supervisor visited, openly acknowledged that the service had fallen short, and refunded two months of payments -- which I appreciated. He also explained that the lawn is now damaged enough that it will need to be restored next spring.(Read I will need to pay to re-sod it) At the moment, my yard is patchy, brown, and in far worse shape than before, I want to note this is the original yard I've had at the house for 17 years and having used other treatment services) - their back-office obviously didn't get the message - so I still continue to receive calls to book additional treatments. I'm sharing this so other homeowners understand the experience I had. The supervisor was professional and honest, but the overall lack of proactive care and follow-through this year was disappointing. I hope their service approach improves because the situation could have been avoided with better attention earlier in the season.
