Went in to get bigger bills as I'm a server and had a lot of ones. Manager was very rude about it said that the bank doesn't like doing that and normally only does it for account holders, which I then told her I had an account there. She rolled her eyes and handed me my cash and I left. All she had to do was ask me first if I had an account rather than complain then ask me. read more

The bank manager is disrespectful, confrontational and rude. She has no people skills, made me feel very uncomfortable and should not be allowed to have contact with customers. I've been doing business at the Rossford branch since way before it was Huntington (over 40 years) and I've never came across such an inappropriate bank employee. All that bad behavior over a check she didn't want to cash - but Fifth Third did. A few years ago I paid off a car loan at Huntington - will never use them again for anything other than a checking account. All other employees at the Rossford branch are wonderful. read more

The worst website and customer service. The Indian CS rep stated that I needed to take 2 photo IDs to my local branch bank to change my address. This is the most incompetent banking company I've ever worked with when it comes to home loans…read more When I first put my application in for my home loan which was approved, they dragged their feet so long on appraisals that I had to reapply for the home loan that I already was approved for months prior. Getting any of them to call you back as a true chore in itself. They are not set up in any way for external payments which any other banking facility is capable of. I wish I would've never have chosen this Bank for my home loan. I had the same issues when I had my motorcycle loan with them as well. Thankfully, I was able to pay that motorcycle off loan relatively quick and I'll never be back to this bank going forward. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for loans or any kind or for any banking that you choose to do. If I could give them a zero I would.
