Over the course of several months, I reached out repeatedly (10+ times) and received no response. The only time anyone engaged was after I escalated well beyond their normal contact channels. At that point, instead of resolving the issue, I was told I needed to upload my insurance to a third-party site--something that had never been mentioned before. Communication is essentially nonexistent. Emails go unanswered, and when you do get a response, it's dismissive and focused on enforcing their process rather than fixing their mistake. After I pushed back publicly, they sent a lease termination notice using a generic template--without even filling in the required details like the move-out date or reason. This is a remote-managed facility with no real accountability. Billing requires constant monitoring, and resolving issues is unnecessarily difficult. Plenty of other storage options in the area--use one of them instead.

We had 2 units there & when we moved out of one of them, we got to ice skate while attempting to move everything from the unit to the truck outside because whoever they use for plowing/salting doesn't do a good job. Then, when my husband contacted them to let them know we moved out of the 1 unit and no longer needed that one (providing them with unit numbers & all details to avoid confusion), they replied with photos from our other unit, stating we did not move out. At this point we are searching for another storage facility to move to & take our business elsewhere.

The security here is a little stronger, with a full black metal gate that locks the entire compound from 10pm - 5am daily. This is separate from the keypad entry gate nested within. One note is that you'll need your own lock here (which is my preference anyway), but don't worry, you can buy one on-site. They also offer discounts to military and teachers, so make sure to inquire about that. The only downside is that my unit has some leaks and they are willing to fix them, but we have to identify where they are coming from... which is fair, but it's also going to take some time to figure out. They do offer pallets for free, so I feel like that helps with any unforeseen issues. The roads are paved to slant away from the units, so I feel like flooding shouldn't be an issue here. I've also been using more plastic bins and I've placed tarps over my cardboard boxes. I've been here for a few months now and am happy I switched to All Safe!
