On the first day, one of the ladies in the office was really hospitable and showed us around. I also got to meet the owner that day, who I had seen out around the community. I was most impressed with the coaches: Nolan, Isaiah, and others. Coach Nolan often stood at the gym door welcoming the students at drop-off and then again at the end of the day with keeping tabs with pick-up. He was always friendly and helpful, often encouraging the kids. They were also detail-oriented in the office, calling the first day to get any remaining forms signed. They also called one day when my son was a little scared after getting a very minimal bloody lip. They just wanted to make me aware, and then they sat with him and encouraged him to keep at it. Pretty impressive that that was the only thing he had when basically doing a 30 hr ninja camp. My son definitely loved the camp. After 6 hours each day, he was drenched in sweat at pick-up and slept hard every night! Thanks for making it a great experience for him and for us! I always felt like he was in good hands.

I enrolled my almost 2 year old daughter in the parent and toddler class for the summer. As a…read moreteacher, I knew I couldn't attend daytime classes once school started, so I emailed in advance to cancel our enrollment and asked about afternoon options. After speaking with her coach, we agreed the afternoon class wasn't the right fit. The gym's administration was very frustrating. Despite requesting cancellation, I was still charged for August. After more than an hour of back and forth, they agreed to cancel my membership but still charged me for the first week because my email was three days past their deadline, even though I had a free class credit that could have been applied. They are extremely unprofessional and make situations difficult. I was also disappointed that all classes were canceled during the week of the Fourth of July, even though our class wasn't scheduled on the holiday itself. After requesting a credit, one staff member approved it, but another later denied it, citing their holiday policy. The conflicting responses and lack of flexibility were frustrating, especially when families are expected to pay for canceled classes while still being charged for missed classes due to illness. This is an intro to gymnastics class for 2 year olds, come on!

There is also a dance/ballet room (with mirrors), and a side room with hardwood floors (no mirrors though). The sound system wasn't that great in the side room (a small boombox). But there was a good system in the main rooms. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, however they seemed pretty nice on both days.

As my chiropractor, he keeps me well-informed about the treatment he gives me, taking the time to answer all my questions. I have always felt great as a result of his adjustments. I personally know other patients that Dr. Stu has helped recover from serious injury: My father, who had lost most of his shoulders range of motion due to a pinched nerve, was able to recover to normal function after receiving treatment from Dr. Stu and following his physical therapy regiment.
