Been a patient of Dr Hurley's for quite some time and I can't imagine a better physician. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough.

Morgan examined the skin area that was bothering me and also found another area that I needed to have removed. She explained everything that she would remove and explained all that she needed to do. I didn't have any discomfort during the 2 procedures. Morgan explained everything that I will need to do post procedures to my daughter and myself. She also said the samples will be sent out the the lab and I will be notified in about 1 week or so. Thank you Morgan and Ashley for a great experience and my daughter said she will also make an appointment to see Morgan CNP

I would not recommend this practice to anyone and will not be returning after my recent experience…read more I had an atypical mole removal in early June. An NP did the removal and an RN did the stitches. Two weeks later I returned for stitches removal by an RN (which I'm told is standard practice). I expressed concern about infection at that time due to increasing redness and new drainage which started the day prior to stitch removal. The RN retrieved Dr. Campbell who placed her hand on the wound site and asked how sore it was. I said it was a little sore and she said "it's not infected, you'd be jumping out of your chair if it was." I felt uneasy with this assessment. 9 days later the site started draining pus. I was seen the next day, the NP drained the site, took a culture and said it wasn't that bad and a topical antibiotic would be enough. I insisted on an oral antibiotic and she prescribed doxycycline. I noted that the surrounding area felt sore and she told me it wasn't related. 6 days later the culture came back for MSSA (sensitive to doxy) and acinetobacter (resistant to doxy). I called to speak to a provider about it but did not hear back until a day later (7 days after culture taken). I was told by someone on the phone (not an NP or MD) to switch to ciprofloxacin and stop the doxy. I decided to have a physician I work with consult with an infectious disease doctor who advised me to continue both antibiotics to completion. After 3 days of the cipro the soreness, which I was told was not related 10 days prior, finally began to subside. Throughout the entire ordeal I repeatedly asked questions to ensure I was not doing anything that could be causing infection or impeding wound healing and I followed all instructions. The wound still looks questionable even 2.5 weeks after completing both courses of antibiotics but I am not consulting with other providers since I do not trust the practitioners at Main Line Dermatology to take my concerns seriously or give best practice advice and information. I am now dealing with the bills from extra office visits and pathology which could have been avoided if #1-an advanced practitioner did the initial stitches and #2-if Dr. Campbell had taken my concerns seriously and not been dismissive. I am appreciative of the second NP's (Ying Yang) willingness to listen to me and prescribe the doxy, but did not appreciate her dismissiveness when I described the soreness I was feeling. I work with patients in an acute care setting myself and am appalled at how I was treated as a patient in this practice. Unacceptable.

If there are issues with your treatment, you may not receive a call back for weeks, and instead might have to keep calling them. I purchased the laser nail treatment with the "written guarantee". Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.

How the Dysport was administered has affected my eyelid, and my right eye is now completely closed. This has had a significant impact on my daily life as I am currently unable to drive and I am having considerable difficulty working with only one functioning eye. I am also particularly concerned about the amount of Dysport used as a higher dose was administered without my approval. Regardless of whether the additional amount contributed to my current issue, I did not consent to an increase and this has significantly eroded my trust in this practice. I understand that complications can occur with cosmetic injections and not every outcome is necessarily predictable. However, I believe patients should be able to trust that their specific treatment requests and consent will be respected. In this case, both the outcome and the decision to administer more product than I requested have left me extremely disappointed. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and evaluates both the treatment process and communication with patients moving forward.

You must be income qualified to obtain services here, but the goal of this organization is to keep you well so you don't have to go to the emergency room for a strep throat. You have to make an appointment just like a regular doctor's office and everything is set up just like a regular doctor's office. If they can't provide the service you need here, they will make every effort to help you get what you need at an outside provider at reduced or no cost. You don't have to call around; they advocate for you. They offer primary and specialist care, and complimentary care like chiropractors. They also offer dentistry. DON'T ignore your dental health!!! Different specialists are available on different days. They provide everything from diabetes education to mental health counseling to smoking cessation to gynecological care. They make every effort to accommodate patients who don't speak English with translators. Like the name says, most of the folks who work here are volunteers. It's a good organization trying to make health care accessible to everyone. If you need to see a doctor, check them out.

Staff is very unfriendly. I had surgery, which was portrayed to me as simple, but was nothing but simple. I had every complication possible and these complications were poorly addressed. Possible complications such as hemorrhaging and blurry vision (which both happened to me). were never discussed as possibilities pre-surgery. The anesthesia during surgery was inadequate and when I brought it up with the surgeon afterwards his response was that he "relies on the anesthesiologist." I guess nobody was paying attention when I told them during surgery that I could feel what they were doing and it hurt. Now I am being told I need a second surgery. I cannot, in good conscious, let these people touch my eye again. Horrible experience.
