Mary, one of his employees, she is the one that was treating me, and in the second appointment before she starting to apply the laser, she asked to me: WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE THING THAT YOU HAVE ON YOUR FACE?........I was shocked that she was going to make the treatment and she didn't know what was my problem, when I told her that is Hyperplasia, SHE WENT TO THE COMPUTER AND GOOGLE IT!!!!!.......‍, so it means she didn't know what in the hell she was going to do, after 3 visits I saw my problem remain the same, I went to Dermatologist Dr. Sarah E. Tonelli in Brinton Lake Dermatology and when she saw me, she immediately told me: "I know what you have, and its called Hyperplasia, it cannot be removed with laser, or creams (like the ones they sold to me and didn't do anything!), the only way to get rid of these, is taking pills to stop the sebo production, BUT it has bad side effects", so I went to another appointment and I told the employee Mary what the Dermatologist told me, and she didn't care, Mr. Karp came and told her to apply the laser only at the spots, not at the whole face, she numb me the whole face, and when she was finishing putting the laser on my face, then she put on a spot on my neck, that she didn't put numb cream, it hurts me a lot!, I screamed!, my husband heard me until the entrance. I went to court and he sent someone else to represent him (a dirty person, disgusting appearance, it looks that he don't shower in weeks, like a homeless ), he lied to the Judge with fake and photoshopped pictures, but KARMA is there, and this KARMA Mr. Karp has.........IS NOT GOING AWAY NEITHER WITH ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD!, BECAUSE THIS...... HE CANNOT BUY IT WITH MONEY!, and I'm sure he knows what it is!. Be aware and stay away from this business!.

After my first laser hair removal with her, I had a sever burn which is still healing after 4 weeks!! I should have left right then but I decided to continue. Today I was confronted by the owner about the package price Dawn had set up with me. The owner no longer wanted to honor that price and wanted to charge $400 more for the remainder of my treatments. She also stated that she couldn't find my first payment of $599, almost stating as if I didn't pay. Terrible customer service!!!! Would not recommend.

I called recently to set up an appointment only to find out she left the practice. Why would she take on a new patient in December when she knew she was leaving. Apparently Advanced Dermatology who bought her practice is only interested in $$$. When I asked to have a copy of my records sent to me I was told that I had to come into the office to fill out the paperwork. I have never in all my life had to visit a Dr's office to get a copy of my records. I was told the manager would call me and over a week later I have not heard from her. It is not a practice I would use in the future...

TRIP #1 - I made an appointment for a chemical peel consultation and Botox. I drive 30 minutes to…read morethis office only to find out the receptionist made a mistake because apparently I have to have a consult with the doctor first and he's not in. Fine. So I asked to be reschedule, which they did and offered me 50% off my Botox treatment when I come back. Cool. So my chemical peel consult the lady came up to the front desk and did my consult. Yes the front desk in the waiting area. Wow...okay. She didn't look at my skin, nothing, or tell me which peel would be best for the issues I mentioned. She basically said this is what we offer, when your ready to schedule these are the days I'm in the office. Um. Okay. TRIP #2 - I come back for my Botox treatment with the doctor. The doctor sees me, he's nice, but tells me they don't carry Botox in stock. They have to order it ahead of time. Okay so why did I make a Botox appointment in advance only for you to NOT have Botox ordered ahead of time for my visit?!! Okay fine. He says they have dysport. Not what I wanted but okay, I'm here and don't want to waste gas twice so okay. I got the dysport and used my 50% off they offered me from last time. TRIP #3 - Dysport gave me a headache for a month. Super. And I have "Spock brow". I call to get an appointment for a touch up to make the "spock brow" go away. I come in the next day, the ladies at the front desk are nice but I wait 25 minutes past my appointment time and no one says anything to me. No one says I'm sorry we are running late or it will be just 5 more minutes, nothing. So I walked out. It's been almost 15 years since I've walked out of an establishment because of their service and it's sad to say today, this place did not deserve my business. If I could give it zero stars I would. This was a terrible experience.
