And when the repairman came, he told us the fan was broke and the door was bent. He came back a week later to fix the fan and physically push the door frame back in. However, he said it will eventually stop working because it is too damaged. I spent $700+ on a fridge that is basically useless because it will eventually stop working. Yes, they can sell inventory that is damaged, like having dents. But, the item still has to work. I'm going to request my money back or a replacement (new) at their expense. I wanted to give others a heads up. IF you buy something from these people, make certain it actually works.

But anyway purchased a range and dishwasher online to pick up in the Gautier store. After receiving a text, it was ready for pick-up. I arrived, got the range loaded. The young man who loaded it was extremely nice, but didn't have my dishwasher. He went back inside and returned with the dishwasher, and the box was damaged. After inspecting it, I found it to be damaged. I was told by the young lady who was assisting me to go to the appliances section to see if there was anything else I would like to exchange it for. Good luck with that. I could not find anyone to assist me. I then returned to the service desk and asked to speak to a manager, but the manager would not even step out of his office to address my concerns. I then returned both items and left this horrible store. I believe this is the same manager who gave me trouble when I purchased a zero-turn at the beginning of summer 2025. I retired after thirty-six years in a career as a store manager, and I believe the customer deserves respect for their concerns and needs to be heard and a solution found.
