However, he said it will eventually stop working because it is too damaged. I spent $700+ on a fridge that is basically useless because it will eventually stop working. Yes, they can sell inventory that is damaged, like having dents. But, the item still has to work. I'm going to request my money back or a replacement (new) at their expense. I then returned to the service desk and asked to speak to a manager, but the manager would not even step out of his office to address my concerns. I then returned both items and left this horrible store. I believe this is the same manager who gave me trouble when I purchased a zero-turn at the beginning of summer 2025. I retired after thirty-six years in a career as a store manager, and I believe the customer deserves respect for their concerns and needs to be heard and a solution found.
