Can we make this happen, would literally pay 5x sticker price if you could figure out how to get this back in stock. Back to the staff, they immediately knew what I was talking about and knew they didn't have it. Strait to the computers to see if any other stores had it or they could order. They could have easily stopped at "out of stock", but this crew seems genuine about customer engagement. ProSource was recommended to me by one of my contractors for a full bathroom remodel. I was assigned a designer, we set a meeting time and she spent 90 minutes with me reviewing the myriad of options available to me. In advance I had shared dimensions,current photos and my wish list. Aly was ready for me. Thankfully she had begun to pull together colors, patterns and textures before I arrived, letting me make decisions from a narrower list of options. It was a HUGE help and made putting together the "look" much easier. She was very knowledgeable about the various components of the design. From there we had a couple of hiccups and I would have preferred more timely communications, but keep in mind this is a bathroom remodel, not a to-go order of food. Over all, I am pleased with ProSource. My designer's input was valuable and time-saving. Once we get through this room, I will be back for other future projects.

While I was still in Chicago, my wife started a dialogue with Tom, a very very nice representative from Chavis. Chavis was the only one who had the Speed Queen washer/dryers we needed, and Tom knew that, and was super friendly and accommodating. He warned me that I would have to order them as soon as possible once in Alabama, because, like everything, it would be delayed due to supply chain problems. It only took a month to order them and get them here, but by the 4th week we were swimming in dirty laundry. I sent Tom an email and told him this, and he squeezed me in for a faster delivery and installation. Not only was Tom professional and incredibly helpful, talking to me before I'd even shown up here in Alabama, but he was super helpful even after the sale, helping my wife pick out the right appliances for future purchases. All of this was sight unseen. I've never met Tom in person, and we've not even been to the store yet. Tom did all of this through a very lengthy, very friendly email exchange. I'm so thankful for Tom, because in a place where it's hard to even get a plumber or HVAC tech to come out, Tom hooked us up with some very hard-to-find appliances surprisingly quickly. He was also very funny, and very personable, cracking jokes and making a very tough move easier before we'd even gotten here. I just can't thank Tom and Chavis enough. You have a life-long customer in me.
