So grateful for these guys. They know what they are doing AND they are HONEST with pricing. I…read morestarted going here a few months ago after my forever mechanic closed and I feel I lucked out. So I wanted to share to help someone else find a good mechanic. They will not rip you off like a lot of those other places. Services that I have had so far: oil change, car check, tire rotation, new wheel bearings and some other stuff around this done, they have fixed my tire on another occasion and most recently helped me to secure something to my car for a fraction of the price another place was trying to charge me. You can't go wrong. Not to mention their waiting room is very comfy and has large cushioned seats while you wait. They also have a fair price on gas also. Even if they are out of your way- worth the trip. Not to mention staff are very friendly.

They replaced the injectors but kept having problems with the vehicle sputtering on the test drive. Over the course of the next 3 days they continued to try to diagnose the issue, blaming it on spark plugs, distributor and other things. Finally on the 4th day the mechanic found the problem, he had bent a pin on the injector harness when plugging it in. Ok, things happen and they owned up to the issue, no problem. I paid for the truck and went into the parking lot to get it, it barely starts and immediately throws a check engine light. The mechanic scans the truck and discovers an ignition fault, says it must have been a leftover issue from earlier. I take the truck home and over the next couple of days the truck runs erratically. I start to investigate and find that the mechanic at some point while doing the injectors broke a ground wire and in repairing it spliced it with a DIY connector that he didn't even crimp properly or put heat shrink on, as soon as i touched it it came apart in my hand. I repaired the wire properly so i could drive the truck. A few days after that the truck started to have a rough idle and set another check engine light. This time in poking around i find that the fuel lines were never fastened down correctly nor were the intake manifold bolts ever tightened so the issue was a vacuum leak. After bringing it back to pullens they determined that the mechanic had bent the fuel lines when reinstalling them. They had the truck for another 2 days to fix that, or so they claimed. This is where it gets interesting, the owner Vince calls me at 4:30 in the afternoon and tells me the truck still isn't running right but that what they have repaired 3 times now isn't the problem. He tells me that the fuel pressure is low and tries to sell me a fuel pump and some ignition parts. Little did he know that i had put a new fuel pump in the truck a few days before and checked the pressure and it was perfect. When I told him that he seemed a bit shaken and became condescending and asked if i wanted them to continue to work on the truck. I said no, I have lost confidence in you guys at this point, I want my truck back. He tells me I can't have it tonight as it is in the bay and apart. I will have to wait until tomorrow. Something didn't seem right so i drove to the shop to find my truck together and parked out back. He had lied to me. I used my spare keys and brought the truck around to the front and went inside to get my other set of keys, mind you, this is warranty work, I don't owe him a penny and was told as much by the service advisor Brian. I ask Vince for my keys and he refuses, gets belligerent and insists i can't take the truck and will not give me my keys. we argue, I tell him I am taking my truck and he tries to say i have an outstanding bill for $20 in gas for the test drives! I take the truck home and test the fuel pressure to find it perfect as i suspected. To my surprise I also see how they decided to remedy the bent fuel line issue by putting a nut under the line and then tightening the line onto the nut. All this to say that these people are amateurs that should not be trusted with any type of serious repair. They are basic mechanics with the labor rate of an elite shop which they definitely are not. He wanted to keep my truck to try to find a way to recoup some of his lost labor time due to his own mechanics incompetence by selling me things he knew i didn't need. When that backfired he became belligerent and confrontational.

Amazing customer service and value! by a family run business!!!…read moreWas visiting a relative in the area and wanted to service my car for an oil change and the recommended A1 service check for a 2015 german made car. After calling several european car services with varying responses and prices, upon the recommendation of a relative in the area, I called this business. *** Soryah is OUTSTANDING *** and I give her full credit for sealing the deal to service my family's car here. She not only exudes incredible EQ, patience, & understanding, but also is amazing efficiency. She answered all my questions and swiftly checked if they could provide a specific type of oil (nonstandard) I requested that I believed was optimal for this car and said YES. She also was able to assure me that they were able to top off all fluids and do the usual service checks that would be done at a european dealership for this type of car at this type of maintenance check. I asked if they could use a window cleaning additive I had purchased and she said they could try if appropriate. She then quoted a price as well as said she could find a coupon to apply. She checked their schedule and said while they were busy, they could accommodate me the very next day as long as I dropped off the car before 10am. When I asked more about the business. Soryah shared it was family run. She represented the business so well I asked if she was part of the family to which she responded she was not biologically related but was treated as family and had only great things to share about the business including they had several other locations and had been in business for over 20 years. All the other places I called were either more expensive, didn't have this level of customer service/knowhow, didn't answer/return my call promptly, couldn't not answer the questions I had right away, and didn't have room in their schedules soon/didn't work weekends! American Tire & Auto had me at hello with Soryah! :) So I was running a few minutes late the next day and called. Dale answered and said no problem. When I arrived, I was graciously told where to park and then Soryah checked me in quickly giving me an easy to read checklist of items they would be reviewing and said I could leave the special window fluid additive in the car. They called me when the work was done that same day. When I said I might not be able to make it by 5pm, she said she could wait a few minutes after that (!). When I picked up the car, Soryah went over what they found which was not much and said nothing further to do for now, but to keep an eye out for some cracks that were forming in a certain area. And the price was completely reasonable for the make/model/services done. I wish this establishment all the best and hope they continue to flourish. If only they could have a NYC location :) My relative said I'm welcome to come back to visit and have my car serviced here in 6 months! Highly highly highly recommended!!!!
