Has good relations with other specialty shops in the area, so if you need to get paint or glass work done, he'll recommend a spot and even will introduce you to the proprietor. It took nearly 3 weeks before I had a meaningful conversation with a person. Within an hour of connecting Joby with the insurance company rep, I had an answer. The best answer. He has built relationships in the industry that are valued and they trust him. Joby provided a high level of communication and service. The car wasn't just fixed it was beautiful... I fell back in love with my 13 year old Acura TL. 2 weeks after taking delivery of my car I ran the (fixed) front bumper into a high curb. He took care of it again and wouldn't even take a tip.
