I've been a loyal customer of Post Hurricane Car Wash for over a year, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them. Recently, their car wash ripped a piece of trim off the back of my vehicle. Despite providing clear photos showing that my car was in excellent condition and that this was the only part damaged, they refused to take responsibility. Their reasoning? My car is over 5 years old. Even though they have cameras and documentation available, they still denied the claim and declined to make the repair a very disappointing response for a long-time customer. If you own a vehicle older than 5 years, I would strongly advise you to stay away from Post Hurricane Car Wash. Their refusal to stand behind their service and equipment is unacceptable. read more

Stopped in the one in Amarillo yesterday. Used my credit card. When I finished it said $11.00 for the wash. Hurricane Beach charged my card $20.00. $20 for a car wash? This is ridiculous. Just be aware that if you see the final amount, you may get charged more. read more

Went for a quick exterior was paid $8 got exactly what I wanted quick and fairly priced.

They did a terrible job! I brought my dually in and paid for a hand wash, they didnt even get the dirt off it and just wiped it down, smearing the dirt into my paint! They didn't even bother to wash the cab on top just left it dirty. The rims were not even touched nor the Tonneau cover , this is probably the worst car wash I have ever seen . read more

My minivan was an absolute disaster inside of it because I have two toddlers! Crumbs in every crack possible. I just thought there was no way this thing will geT cleaned good. But I wanted to try. So I took it to Hurricane car wash to get it detailed. When it was done I was completely shocked at how amazing my mini van looked! It was spotless. Literally no crumb anywhere! It's amazing and I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles there not only to get detailed but for any car wash service!! I'm very impressed! And the staff was amazing as well! read more

UPDATED 04/28/18: THE OWNER SENT ME A THREATENING MESSAGE INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING AND CORRECTING THE ISSUE WHICH WAS REPORTED TO YELP. Four teenagers (1F and 3 Ms) at the location with no apparent adult supervisor. One decided to put a 2" scrape in my car's front bumper while drying it off after going through the drive thru cleaning because I did not tip the crew at my FIRST and LAST wash. read more

They are capitalist pigs, the bottom dollar is all they care about. They have no morality or compassion for their customers. All I wanted to do was wash the outside of my vehicles, I followed their instructions for their car wash but their equipment broke my mirrors and THEY FEEL THEY AREN'T RESPONSIBLE and they don't have to do anything to make it right because they have a policy that they won't cover repairs even when it's their equipment that damages customer property and the customer isn't at fault at all. Boycott this car wash, there are much better companies to give your money to. I took my town and country to Fabulous Freddy's and they broke the buttons to roll up the windows on the driver side when they were vacuuming and they covered the cost of replacement parts, repairs, repairs, AND gave us over $200 in free premium washes. Here is my story about Hurricane Car Wash if you want to know more about what happened. My husband took our Honda Civic through their automatic carwash and it broke one of my side mirrors off. They offered a couple free washes but wouldn't do anything about repairing or replacing the damage their equipment caused. A couple free washes wasn't equal to what it cost to replace the mirror plus time, labor, stress, etc.. I shouldn't have gone back but my Crysler town and country has side mirrors that turn in against the body of the van (which is supposed to avoid damage in car washes) and once again, even with the mirrors turned in, their equipment broke one of the side mirrors. This will cost $180 to fix (a lot more then the Civic). We haven't called the car wash about it because this happened the day before a long trip and we had to drive with 2 children, a baby, my elderly father and my husband without full visibility around the vehicle. Today I stopped in around 3:30 pm and purchased a Platinum service for my wife's car. After coming out of the wash, I went across the street for a few hardware purchases. The car was nearly complete. When done, I drove the mile home and pulled into the garage to put my wife's belongings back in her car. I had left a generous cash tip before driving off. Platinum service? I don't believe so. The lift gate was never opened, and the dirt around the door was still there. Spots the wash didn't get completely on the side were not wiped down. I have a few photos I wish I could upload. This is my second disappointment. I don't think I will be back anytime soon, despite previous experience. read more

I made an online appointment for a wash and detail on Monday (President's Day). Steve greeted me upon arrival and we discussed the service and cost and I asked him to also wax the car. Hours later and consistent with his estimate, Steve called to tell me the car was ready. Wow! it looked like new inside and out! I left Steve with my Grand Cherokee so they could do the same magic to it today. Just picked it up and it is sparkling inside and out. This is a real discovery in Hurricane and I'll be back again. read more

I have no comments on their quality. My issue is almost every time I want to wash my car they either try to talk me out of it or tell me they can't. I was there the last time at 430 and they told me they couldn't do it. I think I will just get my car done in St. George. read more

The car wash machinery ripped the radio antenna off of the Lexus in front of us (an epic fail be the car wash front operator, who is supposed to check mirrors and for loose antennas). The antenna got caught in the brushes and whacked my 2 month old car 35 times, denting every panel on the right side from front bumper to rear liftgate. Total damages were $6800.00 !! We never even received an apology from the management. All the Manager would say was "Gee, that sucks". NO KIDDING. Stay away from these Bozos!!! read more

Since purchasing a brand new vehicle earlier this year I have trusted this business to keep my car looking nice by visiting Hurricane Car Wash frequently. The service is fantastic and they do a great job with my car. Their pricing is reasonable and they even have punch cards to help you earn two free washes. I recently visited a car wash in Northern Utah which was not nearly as good. The price was much more and I didn't get the detailed service on my car I was used to here in Hurricane. In Northern Utah they didn't spray my car off before sending it through the wash, the wash itself was not as thorough and no one dried my car off at the end. In comparison, Hurricane Car Wash is much better. I would recommend this place to anyone. In fact, every time my mother comes from Northern Utah to visit, she always makes a trip to the car wash to get her car looking sharp. She knows there is nowhere else that does such a great job. read more

I paid over $20 to get an inside outside wash that come to find out doesn't even include cleaning the inside of my windows which leaves the car still looking dirty on the outside as well because of all the fingerprints since I have children. When I questioned the employees they told me I needed the $35 car wash if I wanted my windows wiped down which is absurd! The silver wash doesn't even include wiping the inside of windows or the consul of my car... it only includes a vacuum which wasn't great at all, and they claim they give free vacuums which is false. Luckily the employees were nice enough to wipe my windows after agreeing that paying an extra $15 to get the inside of your windows clean is ridiculous... that is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. I try to support local businesses Platt from now on I will be getting my car cleaned and Saint George 30 minutes away. read more
