I was scheduled immediately and Bonnie and her son literally performed magic, doing a deep cleaning of the damaged areas. However, yesterday Roland went beyond the call of duty by teaching our refrigerator delivery people (who came early and at the same time as Roland) how to hook up the water line to the new fridge. Roland ran up and down into our cellar (which is wet, dark and cramped) looking for the water turn-off valve in our old, 2 well system. He figured it out and hooked up the line. Then he went over the rugs again since we were waking on them. The most impressive part of the situation, was Roland's unfazed, happy nature. I didn't ask Roland for help with this. From the easy quote via phone to the home visit (for estimate) to the awesome first cleaning (note that the initial cleaning will take longer than regular biweekly cleanings), I'm grateful to have these ladies on my team! They're thorough and meticulous, and treat your house with respect and care. Their method is go from "top to bottom" and though they literally start upstairs, they really mean from, say, dusting the top of the blinds to the floor. They use green products (though they will use Clorox in the bathrooms, for example, if you request that) and the right products for the respective surfaces (e.g., wood floors, quartz counters, leather sets, etc.). It was wonderful to step into an immaculate house, where it looked and smelled clean, and Jackee has been so responsive from the beginning -- she even texted me after they were done and asked if I had anything to critique. Hint: there was nothing. (They even helped give my giant package to the UPS delivery person who came by during the time they were cleaning... talk about wow!) I am looking forward to many future Mondays of an exceptionally clean home; working with them is one of the best decisions we've made in a while. I'd highly recommend them!
