The trailer we chose online was waiting for us all hooked up, ready to go with the air on and a very nice floor rug at the front. It was like going into a hotel room with all the amenities. Everything worked fine and when I had a question, I received a quick reply. We also received our security deposit immediately. I wish Red Rock had services elsewhere.
