Indy RV, and Malin in particular, saved our butts recently! Our Dometic heater had been broken for…read moreweeks; we live in our camper full-time, so no heat was a big problem for us. We'd had three different shops take a look at it, and all three misdiagnosed the issue even after we told them we thought it was a bad igniter. I called Indy RV the Monday before Thanksgiving, and Malin told me to bring it by that afternoon and he'd have their service team take a look as soon as they could. When I got there, he took exhaustive notes on everything I told him so the service team would have all the information needed. He didn't try to lecture me on how it probably wasn't the thing I said it was, like everywhere else; he just asked questions and wrote down everything I said. It did indeed turn out to be an igniter issue, and since Dometic would have taken a week or more to ship the replacement part under warranty, Malin coordinated with their parts distributor to have them provide a new igniter with their next delivery, two days later. They were able to squeeze us in for a replacement on Wednesday afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving, and our heater is finally fixed Malin was communicative, understanding, and speedy. He was a joy to work with, and did everything he could to fix our issue as quickly as possible. Thank you to Malin and Indy RV!

The spaces were clean, the facility was clean, and the prices were very fair. We moved out on the 7th of the month, they not only refunded my deposit (as they should have) , but they refunded my rent for that final month. Very nice of them. They send a notice that that they had to do an update for payment, and we do our best to accomodate them. This has gone on for me for over a month! All I wanted to do was pay my monthly bill (it was on autopay prior) with no problem of them getting their money. Now, because if their problem our code does not work...they have even charged me a late fee which i would pay to get my stuff out of there even though its two weeks to their advantage. I also have read from other upset customers that they then take over the storage unit and sell the goods ALL WITH NO COMMUNICATION TO THE RENTERS..PATHETIC. I will do what I need to do...but I would suggest to NEVER rent from this company. Probably should read the bad reviews unless they have deleted them. I have been a business owner...I know what is expected for customer service..COMMUNICATION.
