They had mentioned they were trying to grow their business in the South Florida / Miami region and so we gave them a shot. Unfortunately, they had promised us that the roof will be done on a separate Master permit, which ended up not getting approved by the city and passing our GC. In fact, they never got the permit approved in general which our contract commits them to do within 90 days. When we tried to figure out how to get them to do the work, they increased their price by $30k. This was in between weeks and weeks of non-communication. We finally got our lawyers involved to try and get back our deposit, they have not responded back. Unfortunately now we're considering a lawsuit with them. If they'd give us back our deposit, we'd greatly remove this review, but until then - NOT RECOMMENDED!
