As soon as we turned on the second oven, the power went out. Flipping the circuit breakers did nothing so I spent a considerable amount of time calling electric companies, trying to find someone who could help us on a holiday. First, Greg seems like a nice guy but he did absolutely nothing when he came. I didn't know what he was going to do or when. If you don't want to do the work or don't have the time you just say that and don't waste other people's time. After a few days I received something from the office saying something about an estimate. What estimate? Next, if I have to call and complain that nothing is done then there is a problem. After a week I called and complained again, and later that day finally received an estimate. I can prove this because I have emails from when I called the first time and when I received the estimate. The problem is your company not me. So replying to my review and making it look like I am the problem just proves I am right.

One was about 14 foot up and another two about 12 foot high. The rest could be reached with a step ladder. They charged $500. Seems excessive for the less than an hour and a half they spent. The quality of their work was great, they wore shoe coverings and vacuumed up their work areas. I was just dismayed by the amount they charged. (originally rated one star) They didn't simply unplug the old and plug in the new. They removed an adapter from the hard wired smoke detector and wired in a new plug. (less then 5 minutes per detector). I appreciated that they did the job right. Upgraded from one star to two, based solely on price.

The friend's referral didn't come in for a week, but seemed more like what I was expecting, but Ramon from Cual showed up ready to actually win the job . He walked around with me to review the scope of the project and impressed me by his questions and active responses. (At first glance he looks young and informal, but don't be fooled by that or the bright colored van). When I got his estimate, I was pleasantly surprised, especially considering the first crazy one I had received elsewhere. We decided to give him a shot and are glad we did. Everything turned out great. The drywall cuts were carefully made. Climbing around in the attic caused no ceiling problems. He was able to fish lines exactly how he planned. Permit was pulled and approved. Timely completion on the entire execution. I feel like we got a great deal with quality work and am very comfortable making this recommendation.

They installed two and when the power went out I tried to use the panels and one of them was installed improperly so we couldn't use one of generators for half of what we needed. The power was out for two days. They came out a couple weeks later and fixed it and said they'd comp us some service for the inconvenience. We called them in early October to look at a some potentially bad wiring in one of ours kid's rooms. They said they'd be out before the end of the month. They never called and never showed up. I called them and left a message four times from early November to what's now the end of December. Nothing. No service, no call back. Nada. Do yourself a favor, don't waste time with these guys. They can't even bother to return a phone call.
