This is a real, authentic, and unbiased review coming from a 20 year old UCLA pre-med student who almost had his life turned around. First and foremost, I've never dealt with any sort of legal trouble before. I've never been pulled over, never had a ticket, and am a good student striving to apply to medical school soon. As someone striving to obtain their MD license in the future, a misdemeanor is a huge red flag. I was cited for reckless driving while riding a motorcycle (which was not true), where I stressed and couldn't eat for days because I thought my future would be turned around. I called numerous law firms and did my research, including asking ChatGPT for recommendations on representation based on what happened, where the software recommended Brian as the guy to take care of me. To my surprise, I was on the phone with him for about an hour, to which he answered each one of my questions in detail, making me feel comforted and trusting him, something which other lawyers lack the patience to do so. That's what made Brian stand out for me, especially when he told me over the phone he had court to attend to but will call me back after to answer anymore questions, to which he did. To see a lawyer spend that time of day to make their customers feel comforted meant a lot to me, my gut feeling was that this was the guy. I took extra steps by going into his office to meet him personally to see how he handles himself as a lawyer and his presentation, realizing if there was a lawyer I could trust more it would be him. I only received green flags upon taking the time to do my research, which was everything to me. Also, it's Brian who reaches out personally to update you, not 'representatives' like how most law firms are, also something I appreciate, speaking to him directly was just so easy. He can get backed up at times, but shooting him a simple text, he generally answers within that same week from what I've noticed. An update to my case, I presented him the facts, I paid him to get the charges dropped (to which they were dropped), and now he's sealing the case which is scheduled for the coming weeks. I have always been told that lawyers are a money grab and to not trust them, but I had the complete opposite experience. In my case I was pushed off for over 2 weeks by assistant after assistant. When you get a constant he will call you back day after day, week after week. Just to hear that he's to busy to deal with you. It's very discouraging to need a lawyer that you're willing to pay for and get brushed off after 3 weeks. I've known Brian for a long time. He's an outstanding lawyer. I reached out to him to discuss a legal question I was concerned about regarding a traffic incident almost 9 years ago. It ended up returning due to some strange California rule that the state and the DMV doesn't accept out of state classes, even if the incident occurred out of state and it was so long ago. I spoke with Brian and he was very helpful. He answered all of my questions. Brian was more than accessible and followed up with me. I ended up repeating the classes, but I was okay with it. The classes were short and my situation ended up sorting out. The situation could've been a lot worse, even though it was an incident that occurred almost 10 years ago?! It was strange, but strange things happen when you're dealing with the DMV. I never got my license restricted. In fact, I got my Real ID driver's license with no restrictions and got it in the mail right away. The DMV just wanted me to retake classes for an out of state situation to meet California guidelines. Sometimes these rules are so arbitrary, totally random, and confusing. They can often randomly pop up when you're trying to update your license or whatever. You would never think that the DMV can pull weird stunts like this on someone. Especially since the incident will fall off my DMV record next year! But, it doesn't matter. The DMV can try and pull all sorts of weird things with your license. My case was a child abduction case, which the Exwife has skillfully planned for me. The Bail was set at TEN TIMES what the law says. LA Superior court some times do this on purpose - unconstitutionally- to deny a defendant a means for a reasonable defense. He did not put a lot of effort to reduce the bail, which gave me a much more difficult job to defend myself. He did not explain key points in the case which would have helped prove my innocense. (Like my rights as a father, or that the burden of proof of every element of the crime is on the prosecutor) He may be good in DUI cases, but I would not recommend him for anything more serious than this. read more

I spoke with others who were in the same legal issue as myself and they got lawyers to dismiss there case for less than what i paid. He never responds to calls even when you leave a message. He says he is expensive because he is the best. What a joke. He says he can give you a discount if you give him a good review. All he wanted to do was talk about sports even in court. I told him to talk to me about how he can help me with my case not about sports. I doubt anybody cares about sports when they have a legal issue. What a joke of a lawyer. He had a plan A to get bogus felony charges dismissed and when plan A didn't pan out he had a plan B that worked.
