This clinic was referred to me by my insurance company. I was happy with how prompt I was able to…read morebe seen as a new patient. An appointment was available immediately and I was seen the day after calling to establish new care. There is a lengthy questionnaire that is done online, and also on paper to begin treatment; used to learn of any previous medical conditions and/or medications that are taken. I like that they are thorough. The doctor was very nice and attentive. If I had to give an area for improvement, it would be regarding the timing it takes for calling in prescriptions. Because I had to get a new primary provider to continue care (my previous provider stopped accepting my insurance), there was a very small window to work around to keep my medications "on-time". There was a longer than expected wait time for labs, results, and then the calling in of refills on my prescriptions. I think this issue will be resolved in time, because it seems as if this clinic is very NEW, and just getting to then point of running smoothly. With time, it has all the potential to be an Excellent medical establishment. So far, I am overall happy with my experience with them.

Furthermore however, he actually takes the time to explain things to you and educate you as to why you are having ailments or issues with your body. To me, thats hugely important! He doesnt just take reactive steps towards your treatment, but tries to help you take preventative measures as well. I truly feel that he cares about each of his patients overall health and wellness, and thats refreshing after visiting so many other doctors and chiropractors who just go through the motions of their day and feel very impersonal. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Sheila. I am dealing with depression and…read moregrief of losing a loved one. I entrusted her. I was seen by her and explained everything to her. I was prescribed medicine but was ghosted afterwards. I was met with unanswered calls and when I did get her on the phone, she would say she's busy, I'll call you back on lunch, or I'll call you right back. I never received a call back. I also had paperwork for her to complete but was unsuccessful with that as well. I called one day and was told by her staff that they were finalizing the paperwork but that was a lie as well. After several attempts to talk to her about completing the paper and medication questions, I gave up. This lasted about 3 weeks. If she didn't want to assist me, I would have respected her just being honest instead of wasting my time. I had to find another doctor to help me with my depression and paperwork. She has been awesome! She is dependable, honest and thorough. I finally got my medication on track and on the track on healing and feeling better. I will never do business with Sheila again. This office is very unprofessional. Patients should be treated with care especially when dealing with depression. I don't wish This treatment on anyone. I encourage anyone dealing with sickness to never give up and advocate for your healthcare needs. Some providers are only in it for the money and not for the care of people.
