Based on Yelp reviews, I decided to give acupuncture a try. This office had the best reviews. I met with Dr Lily and she explained the process quite well. Not what I expected, but she started with "cupping" first. It was painless and actually I fell asleep during it. She explained thoroughly the results and followed it up with more cupping and acupuncture in the same session. She took her time to answer my questions and I was very happy with the results. On a side note...this helped me and has brought my sciatic issues almost to a complete solution. I'll definitely be back again and again.

I appreciate the level of thought that goes into ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the facility. Pricing: They have pricing for individual visits ($85 per session) but they also offer packages, which is a great discount (I think it comes to about $65 per session depending on the package for acupuncture).

He then proceeded to only do chiropractics on me and no acupuncture. It was the strangest thing... he also acted like my chiropractor may not be sufficient and said he was going to look something up to see if there was acupuncture he could do for a specific problem I was having and never looked it up and never gave me acupuncture. All in all I left confused and unsure if they actually do acupuncture? Also I like my chiropractor.... I left 2 stars instead of 1 because he was good at identifying issues and probably is a good chiropractor but that's not what I was looking for.

I don't believe any of the other staff actually listened to a word I said. After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service?
