Went and grabbed the receipt in case it wasnt premium and my car started having issues. When i checked the receipt, it was regular as i had suspected. "But that's impossible," you might be thinking, "because the diesel nozzle won't physically fit in a regular gas tank". The attendant used a flashlight into the hole and said "it won't fit" while holding the pump nozzle over the hole and filling it. We didn't realize why he said that until a block later when my car died. It cost me over $1,000 to tow my car, pump my tank, and replace my fuel pump. We will see if Planet Gas pays for this damage and trains or fires the attendant UPDATE: The good news is they paid for my car repair right away without any argument or hassle. They made it right.

Over the last five months it became clear that that trust has been misplaced. I bring my cars and family's cars in for repair very often. Any squeak gets repaired in short order. During this time I have seen no other mechanic. Back in March 2017 my front left tire fell off while driving only 25 mph - no accident, nothing. I read the owner and mechanics the riot act as I am not a mechanic and would not be able to self inspect ball joints or tie rods and place my safety in the hands of mechanics that I thought were competent. Repairs were made and concerns well communicated with all involved. Three months later, ANOTHER wheel falls off! Again, no accident, nothing. Simply driving down a quiet residential street out east. Not even a pot hole involved. I placed my last call to the Shell station to let them know that I would never again place my family's safety in their hands. And given their lack of thorough inspection, care and quality of work, neither should you.
