It had a great calming effect on me which allowed me to relax as I waited for her to turn her attention to me as she was busy with another client. When she spoke to me letting me know what she intended to do, I was a little apprehensive because I had never had a massage with essential oils before. Well, I must admit the Raindrop Technique Massage she applied to me not only took my pain away but helped me straighten my back so I could stand the way I should, the pain in my back subsided and my legs felt ease of pain for a long time. Valentina is very gracious and delightful to be around as she knows how to treat a client and I am so glad I went there to have her work on me. I would recommend her and her Spa to anyone who has a problem afflicting them. I beleive they should have honored the services that were included on the card WHEN it was purchased. This truly is a customer service default. I called every day to inform them and discuss some resolution, but did not receive a response for 4 days. When I did, the owner did not take any responsibility or offer anything, and instead, blamed me! I was shocked with this neglectful, hostile, and unprofessional attitude.

Well when she walked in the door I was devastated for her, they darkened her roots the hair that was at the back of her neck was still black. The colour was yellow blonde. They said come in to fix but I don't blame her for not wanting, as her roots grow in she will have a brown stripe of one inch. Was it so hard to touch up roots an tone. I'll never step foot in fresh again, I wanted the brown removed and you gave me partial foils. So I still had brown and streaks which for me is horrible. Stylist should listen to the client, I want brown gone... I hate ombré... I'm going to hate baby silvers of blonde and still have my grey.
