I'm a guy so my haircuts aren't as complicated as many of the people reading this might be getting, but i can say that even for a simple "guy" cut, the stylists I have had take great care and have great attention to detail nonetheless. I have never been disappointed. Melissa is my regular hairdresser, but I'm sure the rest of the stylists are of the same calibre. I pay upwards of $25 for my haircut + wash. She made an appointment over the phone clearly stating her budget and when she arrived she was quoted $450 for brown balayage, toner, and a cut. That is ridiculous!!! When she said she was not able to pay that, they offered to balayage her hair WITHOUT A TONER, for $300. They then went on to explain that a toner would be $80 extra and a cut $75 extra!! I would have walked out right away. That is not right in any way and you can tell they only care about the money and not about their clients. These people were about to let her walk out of there with untoned, wet hair before they offered a "complimentary" blowout. If they can let a client walk out of their salon with out toning their hair and at least drying it, that puts their reputation on the line as well and they so obviously do not care. TONER SHOULD BE INCLUDED ANY TIME HAIR IS BLEACHED. DO NOT GO HERE.
