One of the receptionist ladies is consistently rude. She will interrupt you, not wait for you to confirm availability, and is very short and annoyed throughout the brief call. Dr. Kujok is the best doctor ever! I am so happy that I finally found a doctor that cares about his patients. When you bring up a concern to him he doesn't just brush you off, he takes time and really listens and then comes up with a game plan. Even if he thinks something is more then likely okay he will still give you more test to be sure. I'm waiting now to be referred to a few specialist just to make sure that everything is okay. You may have to wait a little while when you get there, but that is because he spends time and cares about his patients. I would rather be patient and wait for a good doctor then be in and out with a doctor that doesn't care. Also the office staff is amazing as well. I have been waiting on cpap supplies,I've been on a waiting list for over a year for a machine and no one else could help me ,but Dr Kujok and his caring staff set me up with a company that is getting the machine and supplies I have needed for a long time,they even take my insurance and are local! what a relief. I have been a patient here for almost 2 years. Dr. Kujok is very thorough, and has fit me in for urgent appointments when needed. Dr. Kujok has advocated for testing and care that I needed, called in prescriptions for me when he was on vacation, and has been professional and sensitive about my illnesses/conditions. Wait times can be lengthy and annoying, sometimes you get in the room quickly and thing 'hooray' but then you wait in the room for a long while. I usually try to get the first appointment of the day or right after lunch. However, I do think this has been improved by the recent addition of the Physician's Assist - Monika. She is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and caring. Overall, I am impressed with the level of care I receive from this practice. Also, they do take credit cards now, contrary to some reviews (perhaps that has not always been the case). read more

I have been exercising for a few years now and had gotten to a good weight and feeling healthy. However I had a few stubborn areas especially my lower abdomen that I just couldn't seem to get the way I wanted. Sorry, nice man but no stars. I never ever make it a point to say negative things...normally I just keep my mouth shut and move on. My mother in law was in the waiting room, consistently for at least an average of an hour, then it takes more time to wait inside the room. She was diagnosed with a broken leg when she had a spider bite (honest mistake...I guess). Fortunately, my mom in law was able to transfer to another doc. My grandma, on the other hand, is now 96 years old. She's been going there for two years and it's the same situation. LONG waits. Her appointments are always made right after lunch with hopes of avoiding the long wait...never works. She is old and frail and the long waits are taking a big toll on her. Transferring someone that old is grueling but she's finally done with it too. Again, he's a very nice man in a very good location, but seriously, that someone hasn't sent him a bill for the long waits is beyond me. read more

Sculptsure. As a trainer, clients mention a lot of different "shortcuts" that they have heard about or found online. Sculptsure came up a few times and we decided to do some research and possibly even try it out. I went in to talk with Dr. Kujok and get some more info on the process. He provided a good run down of the procedure before I even asked any questions. When asked, he gladly went more in depth on the science behind it. We decided to jump into the procedure right after the consult. No wait required. The procedure is not without very slight discomfort. The machine cycles through cold and hot to treat the desired area. It feels as if the area is in it's own personal sauna. When we cranked the machine up all the way, it certainly added a little more discomfort but the cool cycles would come just in time for some relief. To test the results we kept our caloric intake at maintenance levels (meaning fat loss shouldn't fluctuate without external factors) and continued regular strength and cardio exercises. After 8 weeks we noticed a little over an inch of loss in the targeted area. That's an entire jean size if you want it to be. It's important to remember that this isn't a shortcut to major fat loss. This procedure is for targeting specific fat areas that clients would like to see reduced. Many clients work hard to lose weight but sometimes there are spots that just won't go away and as a trainer it kills me to see them struggling. Trying to do a 6 month long cut to lose one stubborn spot of fat can become unhealthy or hinder progress in other areas. That's where this procedure comes in. It burns the fat in a very low risk manner. As a trainer, I'm excited to have this option for some of my clients. read more

The first time I saw Dr. Kujok, I really liked him. He seem thorough and wanted to get tests so we could start with a clean slate with new doctor/.patient relationship. I signed up for a phone appointment 3 weeks or so later to find out the results of the tests. The call was for 11:00, but he never called and I found out they all went to lunch!! This time, however, I never saw him or spoke to him., but the nurse took me to a room and took my vitals. I sat in this room on a hard chair which after 15 minutes was causing my legs to go numb. The THREE girls yakking in the office said he was speaking with patients on the phone. I waited another 30-40 minutes, and finally left. Unbelieveable!!!! Much more interested in the phone than in a real live person in his office. I will sue if I'm charged for the non-visit. read more

I went to see Doctor Kujok for a official medical examination with a registered doctor. I had an appointment for the next day. The nurses was really nice, and i didn't wait too long. They did my required vaccination and took my blood. For the procedure they send me to take an X-ray. Everything was take care off. Only 3 stars because they took a long time to gave me back the complete file for the administration. A misunderstanding i think. I wish I could have less stars!! This so called provider no longer wanted to treat me because I was a complex case, and really need the help. After 5 months I have not been referred to a specialist! They deny getting my medical records, but there is proof they were received January. I had to get an appeal to see a GI doctor, becouse they kept sending me to the same one, during the appeal I found out there was 27 other doctors to choose from. They just wont do anything for you! While waiting for my appointment, I overheard the older receptionist/nurse (?) talking about a "retarded" patient (who just left the office). Dr. Kujok was pleasant, but by no means nice. He refused to refill my pain and chemotherapeutic medications saying "he couldn't help me. I then receive a letter being dropped as a patient. Date of letter was 30-days prior to the post mark date. I contacted my insurance carrier and was given an emergency appointment with my prior physician. I don't see how anyone can give this Doctor a bad review. He helped me get better after being sick for 3 weeks I actually thought I was dying. It was bad I went to Urgent Care 3 times when I realized I should of just gone to my Primary Care physician Dr Kujok. When I went to Urgent Care they didn't give me anything but Nausea Meds 2 times I was there then the last time they did do blood work and they did urine tests. Then told me to go to my regular Doctor if I wasn't well in 3 days well I was still not well so hubby got me into Dr Kujok and I'm so happy to have found a doctor I know I will be going to see for many years. Dr Kujok is an excellent doctor. He cares very much about his patients. He always listens to me, is respectful, and kind to me. He did the exam which consisted of feeling the stomach area to see if I had any pain, no pain so he was ruling out Gallbladder. Then he put me on 5 Meds right away. Within a few days I was feeling a lot better. I wasn't able to eat when I got sick no appetite had dry heaves felt horrible. Didn't know what was wrong with me and my hubby was also worried, but he tried not to show it. Dr. Kujok knew what to do and gave me the meds to heal me. I found out I had Gastroenteritis. I had a CT scan done on my tummy and that came back with sludge in my gallbladder so I now go to get a Sonogram to find out what's going on with my gallbladder. But Dr Kujok has been wonderful he is the best Doctor I ever had he cured me of what I had and I have a new outlook on life thankful for what I have and helping others when I can. I am so happy to feel better. I don't see why people would give Dr Kujok a bad review they really don't know him to do that he is a great Doctor and he really cares about his patients. He takes time to talk to you and he makes you feel Welcome and so does his Nurses they are all very nice and so friendly. So for those of you that say bad things about Dr Kujok shame on you. He is wonderful and he made me well from a very bad time in my life and being sick for 3 weeks was not knowing what was wrong with me he made me feel better seeing him. Dr. Kujok is a nice man but one star is more about how they preform the work. Expect long waits. Bring lots of cash. Double check your paperwork. It happened a while ago. My appointment was a total hassle. I came in with my husband and baby because we had another appt not far away from that place. We waited so long that I had to cancel the other appt. After seeing Dr. Kujok, the front desk lady said I need a couple vaccines to have my paperwork signed by the doctor. I was ok to get the vaccines but we were out of cash after paying $330 for some other fees. The lady told us the cash machine is "around the corner" which eventually wasn't working. My husband had to drive to the bank while I was waiting outside with my tired screaming baby. I was given only one vaccine because I had the rest of them recently done at the hospital I volunteer. They told me to gring proof, which I did. Unfortunately, it didn't work because some of them "wear off quickly". I had to come back another day since I didn't expect to get the vaccines at this place and BRING CASH. After my last appt when I got vaccinated, I thought my paperwork will be done. The day I came to pick up the sealed file it wasn't ready (and I came with my baby thinking it is just for picking up). The front desk lady told me to wait 15 minutes. I had to wait for an hour for my file to be signed and sealed. I will never recommend this place and I'll never come back. read more

I had a primary physician or over 20 years and was devastated when he closed his practice. I tried several other doctors before I found Dr. Kujok and he has now been my primary physician for over 7 years. Dr. Kujok listens to his patients. He gives each patient the time they need to voice their issues and handle each one as needed. He remembers his patients history and now treats me like family. I am a fairly new patient with Dr. Kujok. I have a spinal injury and have been threw the ringer trying to find help. After 5 years of suffering I found a very good team of doctors. Had surgery and began improving. Unfortunately I was rear ended a short time later and took a step back and started the process of therapy again. During this time I was married and my insurance changed (real good ins. I only had medicare thru ssi before marriage) after setting up with provider we were forced to change doctors. (could not get a plan to cover all doctors) I started off very skeptical after all I have been threw and the complexity of my injury's and issues. after a few visits. I am very happy that my wife and I are under Doctor Kujok's care. Unlike many doctors I have seen, he will listen to what you say and try to find the source of the issue not just put a band-aid on it and send you away. His staff is one of the best I have ever worked with! only been to the office 3 or 4 times but Amber and Christine recognize my wife and I and call us by name. Christine has gone over the top to find the right referrals for me and has great follow up. never had this from a doctors office before. One down side (If you look at it that way) is the wait time, in the office. He take the time to make sure he has covered every concern you have. This is with every one of his patients. So we have waited for an hour after our appointment time before even being brought back to the exam room. My wife and I just plan for this. We would rather have to wait and get the care we need. I've been here a couple of times. Enough to know I will never go back. Wait time was very long.Every time I went. the staff was not so nice but Ive seen worse. Doctor Kujok is just a joke. Not only did he leave my chart out where other people could see it (very embarrassing) and this wasant the first time he did this. He was not very knowledgeable. He can't explain anything in a normal way. I would have done better diagnosing myelf on Web MD.
