After weeks of searching for what I wanted (by the time I got to the store, went completely opposite direction), I happened to be on Facebook and this post pops up for Backwater Plumbing. Something about the post, the logo, the GUT feeling and he was the guy. I reached out after work on a Saturday, apologizing for attempting to connect on the weekend, with ease he responded, and a few texts later we schedule the appointment. His communication was on point, they arrived on time and I happened to be here and got to overhear him training a new employee (day 1, poor kid meets Me) and he was so great making sure the younger man understood. Sure it's just a sink but this is my home so the experience is important too.
