H/H is such a gem in Roanoke! I hadn't taken a work out class in a couple years and was a bit nervous getting back into it, but all the instructors are so welcoming and accommodating it quickly became a part of my regular routine. The potion bar is perfect for a post-class treat or morning coffee before work. The Blue Dream with macadamia milk is my all-time favorite. I attended classes at Hustle/Haven and liked the relaxing atmosphere and well-structured classes. However, during my visit, my car was towed from the parking area, which was stressful and expensive. That experience made it hard to fully enjoy or recommend the studio. read more

Classes are good, good ambiance, and drinks are a plus, but... owner will tow your car 1 minute after business close. Had to pay almost 300 dollars to get my car back. Edit: Not sure whose car the business manager is talking about but I'm never in that area past 8pm. Seems they tow many people either during or outside business hours. read more

My favorite spot in downtown Roanoke for a quick and effective work out. It's always a positive and fun atmosphere. In under an hour you're walking out feeling SO much stronger than when you went in. the instructors are very nice and great to be around! read more

Came here for hot yoga with a friend and really enjoyed the experience! The class we took was early in the morning and the studio was super stylish with a drink bar and lockers for you to stash your things while you take the class. The ambiance of the classroom was calm and refreshing with dark lights throughout for a cool effect. The instructor we had was kind and welcoming. She spoke in a nice soft tone (very relaxing considering we were still trying to wake up) and provided modifying movements based on difficulty levels so you could take the class and work through the flows at a comfortable pace. I got a decently tough workout in and felt rejuvenated afterwards. It was my first time doing hot yoga and I would gladly do it again! read more

Other than their hot yoga not being hot at all, at hustle haven, when you pay them money, theyre allowed to refuse your presence if you dont have a covid shot WITH NO REFUNDS. They made this rule AFTER I PAID THEM. The owner, Landon informed me that "We don't offer refunds on class drop-ins, class packs, intro months or memberships." So I cant go to class after paying the 89 dollar unlimited monthly and they dont issue refunds.. pretty unethical business practice. I was only in 2 classes before they stopped allowing unvaccinated people in. One of the instructors mentioned "lets breathe out of our nose bc of covid." Nose breathing doesnt stop the spread of covid as far as I heard. The whole thing is just a joke and I regret ever walking in. I've been doing hot yoga for years and this place is just a big fish in a small pond. Its not hot in there at all & they sincerely don't care about their customers This is my first negative review on literally anything. Thanks for nothing, Hustle Haven. Hustle Haven has truly been my little oasis getaway. Who would have thought that such a gem existed in good ol Roanke. All the instructors that I've taken a class from have always given me a personally challenging yet rewarding class! I have been practicing yoga for a decade and have practiced at just about every kind of studio under the sun. When I moved to Roanoke, I was lucky to stumble upon the cutest studio on Campbell Avenue with that iconic pink brick exterior. I took advantage of a discounted first timer rate; and guys, I was flipping hooked. I live and work downtown, so the fact that the studio is in the heart of downtown was a giant win. But the coolest part is that Hustle/Haven really lives by their mission of being community oriented, which is why they're not in the burbs and why you see so many collaborative community events going on with Hustle Haven's name behind them. I immediately loved the studio for their values and mission, but what keeps me coming back are their actual classes. Let me break down my fav classes: There's the physically challenging cycle and Sculpt classes - which fill my weight lifting and HIT needs. There are the Hustle Flow classes which are sweaty hot yoga classes that have helped grow my practice by pushing me into new poses and flows. And personally, I love to slow it down with Haven Hour or Yin & Juice when I need something more meditative. On top of the classes, the studio is extremely clean and tidy, with a full service coffee and juice bar on the main floor. You can have a latte waiting for you after you take a morning class and need to jet off to work (another huuuge W). The interior design feels like Anthropology and a cute plant store had a baby. I honestly wish I could give this place 50 stars. So yeah, this studio is a special, special place. It would be special in any city, but I'm so lucky that it's in mine. read more

Hustle Haven is a true GEM. What stuck out to me (other than the wonderful classes, instructors and VIBES) was that the staff knew my name after attending just one class. Hustle Haven is not only a studio offering classes, but a community wellness center as well. It is my home away from home. I have met so many wonderful people through classes at Hustle Haven. My yoga practice has deepened significantly and my choreography ability on the spin bike has as well. They have so much to offer besides just classes. I highly recommend Hustle Haven!! Even if you don't enjoy yoga or spin, they have a potion bar, a boutique, and community events. read more

This place is awesome! I'm from Los Angeles, and was in the area for a week and was looking for a spin class to take a couple of times while in Roanoke. The studio is so cute and clean and they have great accommodations (showers and lockers). The spin instructors were great and the other staff there were all incredibly nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a workout that is fun and tough, please give this place a try! read more
