It's a plus that the facility is 24-hours, but that doesn't apply for people using the 7 or 14-day free pass, only for registered members! I like the location as well, it's located in the new shopping center on South Main with the Ann Taylor and Sake House.

And…read moreevery day M-F around g 5 to 7pm we all showed up it was around 15 girls and the gentleman that runs the place is ex military and uses that stern voice when working 15 or so girls out on strength training and cardio and just overall getting stronger. He was very professional with the young ladies never out of the way with them but he did push them to get the best out of each and everyone of them. It was the best thing we've ever done for the girls in the winter of season cause usually you just lay around and get out of shape during these months. Now we have girls wanting to continue the workout but we are unable to till next fall and winter due to praticess, tournaments, and most girls are in middle school team ball. You are charged on the 5th of every month, so naturally you would think that as long as you cancel your membership before then - you aren't forced to pay for a month. Even if that is the case, you'd think it would be possible to get a refund for the month you aren't going to use. This is not the case. They stand by the "fine print" in their contracts which most people probably don't read (it is a gym membership, we are not purchasing property here). The manager told me that they deal with this issue (angry people requesting refunds, bank disputes, etc.) every month, and they blame the customers - not their policy. What's worse is - in my case - I attempted to cancel the membership in person before the end of the month, my number was taken down, and I was told I would receive a call from the manager when he was back. I did not receive a call, so I called back on the 2nd of the following month. The manager was still not in, so they took my information down again and finally I received a call on the 3rd to cancel the membership. I was not told that I would still be charged, and that I wouldn't receive a refund. I'm now having to deal with my bank to dispute the charge for services I canceled and will not be using, and I was essentially called a liar when I brought up the fact that I attempted to cancel the membership at the end of the month.
