When I walked into their semi annual sale over an hour before closing, there were 4 employees just standing in a line, literally almost blocking the sale bins, just chit chatting. I'm assuming they were watching to make sure no one grabbed anything and ran, but it just doesn't look good or professional in my opinion. I walked up to the group and nicely asked where to find a Christmas item that they might or might not have. The lady looked at me like I was a complete idiot, waved over the sales bins and said "I mean, I don't know, but if we do they are somewhere in there probably".... Umm, ok? Thank you I guess? I slowly walked away and they immediately continued their conversation. One of the ladies, who I found out later to be named Heather, was absolutely atrocious. She had constant dirty looks on her face, and this wasn't RBF either, I could hear her around the store making snarky comments the whole time I shopped. I am aware of their closing time, it was about 15 minutes before they closed and I was about to make my final selection and head to the check out ( there was no one in line and like 5 people in the whole store) and I hear her say, LOUDLY in seriously the nastiest way possible, "Well I hope they know we are closing very soon!" I was not offered a bag, carried 8 bras and 8 pairs of underwear and shopping for 45 minutes. I was not offered to be measured or helped into a dressing room at any point, I had to hunt someone down and ask every time. After asking the lady to help me with my bra, she told me I needed a different size, but that didn't fit at all. I feel like back in the day, at VS anyways, they would help you get the size you needed while you were still in the room? Like ask ur name? Put it on the door? I didn't need all that, but dang, at least some acknowledgment?? I won't be going here again, it was an absolutely awful experience and HEATHER should not be in customer service at all EVER. She was soooo lovely when I checked out though. Lady, customers have eyes and ears and can see your stank attitude from a mile away. Also this store is super small and dirty/dingy. I'll shop online from now on.

The lingerie is a very nice quailty. I buy all of my bras and panties here! They offer a wide variety fragrances. My favorites are Body by Victoria, Bombshell, Tease and Heavenly. VS offers a great line of men's colognes also. I enjoy wearing their clothing line PINK it's comfortable. They styles are versatile to wear to bed or going out.

The selection of toys could be better, but you can get just about anything you might want here, and let's face it.. You know what you want here, no need for me to go into detail of what that might be. Everything is locked up, so you have to ask for assistance to look at anything closely. It's defiantly female friendly, but if your a shy type male or female, bring a friend who has no qualms asking for assistance with items your not comfortable discussing with a stranger. They have a small sections for outfits, a larger section for reading/viewing materials and another section of the store containing other things that, if you're reading this, you may perhaps have an interest in. The prices will be more than on Amazon - but so is everywhere else. What you can do is get a better understanding of certain dimensions and power capabilities. I was very disappointed in my experience. There were maybe 4 ladies working in the store, but upon arrival, no one greeted me. They didn't ask if I needed help or anything. My sister checked out first and it was three ladies at the register area and they only told her the total. No greeting or small conversation. Before I checked out, there were two more patrons and their experience was completely different. They were greeted, told about the benefits of joining the mailing list, talked about what their intentions were with their purchases, and told to have a good day. I then went to check out and I had the same experience as my sister. I walked up to the counter, the three ladies looked at me, didn't say a word and continue to have a conversation amongst themselves. I don't like bringing race into the picture, but from that experience, I can only infer one thing. I would love to continue shopping there because of the selection of goods I'm interested in, however I'll find somewhere else to take my patronage based on the shopping experience.

This location…read moreserves the purpose of two seasonal stores throughout the livelong year, one, a firecracker shop 'round the 4th of July, and here now, a Halloween costume and decor shop as I am reviewing it now at this moment. I like this store and visit it during this time moreso than when they are selling sparklers in the heat of the summer. Lots of neat things here, great displays, creepy crawlies and other things to give you the grossout or heebie jeebies that you might require of yourself, guests or co-workers. As Hallow's Eve approaches, the busier this place becomes, so be aware. Be very aware. Something wicked this way comes. And it's usually my credit card bill after financially overextending myself at this place. They do accept credit cards by the way. They are open 10am-8pm Monday-Saturday and 12pm-6pm on Sundays. They will remain open until November 2nd, and after October 17th-ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Muuuuuaaaahhhaaaahhhaaa!!!
