My first trip in Tanya (Tonya?!) was incredibly helpful and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. Also, she didn't give me some BS line about the pants doing my waist any justice. I appreciate honesty! I knew the pants were bad and she agreed:-) I walked out with a couple new shirts and some decent info into the store and its roots! As I walked out Tanya jokingly said, 'if you find any sweet pants come back and show me!' So off I went only to return in about an hour to show her my sweet finds! It was during my return when I was given honor of meeting Jessica, the owner. Jessica and I exchanged some light banter as I started her new store a Yelp page. I was in Spokane valley yesterday and couldn't pass up the opportunity to see what was new. I walk in and both Tanya and Jessica are standing there beaming before starting to fuss over what would be best for me to try on. I bought an awesome blue shirt and left with a huge smile, grateful they recognized me and make it a point to go out of their way to make me comfortable! Trying on men's suits and layered clothing when the AC isn't keeping up is an uncomfortable workout. That said, the overall customer experience, floor layout, and staff have been excellent. If they can fix the indoor temperature and get the air conditioning running properly, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

I asked for the manager, Austin came out and did absolutely nothing, no apology etc.,. Not only was this an issue, the return was completed incorrectly whichi I didn't realize until I came home. They missed an item so now I have paid for an item that they have possession of, I have to go through corporate to get it taken care of because the employees refuse to answer the phone.
