I was in an amendment issue and recommended to Victor Aziz who he personally said was not an issue and would "take care of me" telling me he worked for the IRS and knows what needs to be done. Along with that statement he was supposed to complete my taxes for the year, never did. I gave Victor all the information he needed for the amendment and in good faith thinking it would be resolved. I received a letter from the IRS denying the amendment. I immediately emailed the information to Victor, never received a response. I contacted and left voicemails daily requesting for Victor to contact me, nothing! I then received an email from an "assistant " stating if I wish to discuss this matter it would be a $750 retainer fee to discuss what he couldn't complete. I contacted another accountant who took care of the issue and basically said this guy is trying to take me for a ride and doesn't know what he's doing. If this is the kind of people they have at their business be careful! I knew it should of been a warning sign when I entered his office and it looked like he's never owned a computer with stacks of paper everywhere alerting me there's no organization. Don't let his "retired IRS agent" status fool you. Think twice if you decide to let him represent you. read more

Gina Hutchison and her husband stole $150 dollars from me. I was told Gina would file my amended return, we BOTH had an understanding of where I stood with my taxes, so I thought.. only to find that she went out for surgery and did not file for me. Her response was that she "just didn't do it, but is doing it now" which apparently means to change her entire story and make me mail my own return? WHY did I pay you? Save yourselves time, money, and legal fees and DO NOT go to Hutchison and Hutchison for ANYTHING. (Her husband is evasive and refused to be accountable for his firm/ wife's mistakes) Also, good luck getting a hold of them if they've ruined your life. read more
