I was charged a late fee because my credit card expired. For 8 days. I didn't use the gym for the 8 days my card was expired. I wasn't even in the state. They could have simply deactivated access until it was resolved, but they opt to get the late fee revenue in the name of "convenience" to their customers.

I am not one who wants to compete or go extreme, but I never feel undervalued or overlooked and I love being around the more advanced athletes. I am random on my attendance times, so I have experienced multiple coaches, and it is hard to pick a favorite. They all help me make minor adjustments that keep me from getting injured and help me improve. They never make me feel bad if I have to modify and yet they always help me get stronger!
