I even got a lot of coworkers, family members, and friends to buy a membership. When I returned to the gym my key fob stoped working while I was still getting charged, I got it a new one and after a week it "stopped working". Almost like they didn't want me there wich was understandable and I figured my membership was revoked. Come to find I've been getting charged to this day and I gotten a 20 dollar up-charge on top of my monthly charge, I lost over 500 dollars and when I notified Scott he essentially told me he couldn't do nothing about it and I should've told him sooner. Even when I explained what happened they said "no you probably were in the red zone" because my key fob stopped working "but then everything was good" yea I went to get a new one that stopped working right after. When someone's key fob stops working repeatedly and you get random bs charges you don't just say sorry . I joined anytime because I had no time to workout other than late at night and in order to get help I have to call out of work and when I tried to call nobody would answer. Hopefully you find a better place to work out that actually cares for their community and not their pockets. Do better Scott

The facilities are top notch -- but for me, what really sets Matrix apart is the quality of tennis instructors. For years, I played tennis in pain. I'd voiced this concern to coaches at other clubs but none could offer a sustainable solution or precisely diagnose what was causing it. But, Matt at Matrix was able to break down my form and identify the issues. Needless to say, I had some deeply rooted bad habits that needed correction. Through roughly 10 lessons, Matt patiently gave me cues-- one at a time-- so I could focus on fixing that specific element. He listened to my feedback and phrased things in different ways until I understood his recommendations, and could implement them repeatedly. Now, for the first time, I'm playing pain-free, and I've substantially improved my consistency. Life-changing.

Great gym, friendly staff…read more 1 star for their billing department. I'm on a month to month plan. It is advertised as "no fees" on their website. I was charged a late fee because my credit card expired. For 8 days. I didn't use the gym for the 8 days my card was expired. I wasn't even in the state. They could have simply deactivated access until it was resolved, but they opt to get the late fee revenue in the name of "convenience" to their customers.
