Water pressure good, FHU's w/ 50 amp, 3 bars on Verizon so you can stream on cellular service. WiFi not strong enough too. About 1/2 the sites are FTers w/ #22 winning yard of the month. Roads are concrete but very tight. Our 35' crossed the grad even though we were as far right as we could go. 40'+ rigs will have issues turning and backing in as all sites are back in w/utilities at the rear of the site.

The Host Scott will go out his way to assist you with whatever. Cons What RV park doesn't come with its ups and downs. Electricity, but it's your choice to use it. Of course who doesn't like dirt roads. So you wash your car once a week. It's called exercise. Some people don't get the concept of a speed limit. Normal maintenance that has to be done to the park to keep it up to code so the clients are dispirited. With all the open space you do get to live stock Cows, which comes with the smell of defecation. With my closing been going on 5 months and so far we haven't thought about moving as of yet. Lots of seasonal people from up north in the winter and retirees. Also some long term construction workers. Rent is fair, around $300.00 a month plus electricity. I think their day rates for weekends and short stays are $35.00 a night. Waterfront views are great. There is a boat launch and pier.

The full kitchen allowed us to eat healthy on the road, the wifi works great, and the laundry facilities are clean. There's also a public boat ramp and trailer parking for day use. The location is excellent for exploring the small coastal towns and wildlife management areas along the Gulf of Mexico. The new owners are very friendly and are doing a great job updating the entire RV park. Check-in and check-out was seamless. We cannot wait to take our family to the cabin for a weekend fishing trip!
