I was unaware that they had storage units as well and happen to be in need of one asap. They were so helpful with both, truck and storage unit on the day of. I am a very visual person and there was absolutely no judgement with showing me the trucks and units as far as size goes. it started out ok but as time went on i was treated very bad. poor customer service, poor…read morecommunicaton between customer serice and local dealer. over charged never given the free month for rthe 1 month free advertised speacil and there were many times when my code to get into the facility didn't work and no one was willing to help me. the worst part was i was promised to get my stuff out and the manager threw my stuff out before the deadline. they claim they threw it out. but i think they stole it and sold it. my unit had been broken into and they provided no help at all nore was i ever compensated for what was stolen. i made a police report and the detective suspected that it was done by uhaul emploees themselves.. never trust them to store your stuff they will lock you out and sell it. they get a 1 star review becuase there is nothing lower. dont use this location ever!!!!!
