We called and were met at the gate by Jeff and Joey. These guys are the best. They are honest, down to earth guys, and very friendly. Also, if you need anything, you can call them anytime after hours. This RV park is awesome. It is very well lighted, clean and well kept. It is gated, so you can have a peaceful night's sleep. Laundry rooms are in excellent condition. Also, has a great swimming pool. oh the rates are the best you will find. I can't say enough about this RV Park, or Jeff and Joey. I highly recommend if you are in the area of Monahans, Texas this is the RV Park you need to call! I know we will definitely come here when we are traveling through!

Paula and James who manage the park are extremely friendly and helpful, by far the most friendly staff of any RV Park we've ever been to. The park is quiet and peaceful all day and at night. You also do not have to download a "stupid app" to pay your rent as another reviewer has claimed. You can go to the office and pay as you usually would OR you can use the app. The choice is yours. For the price and quality of customer service, I'm giving this park a 5 out of 5!

My partner and I stayed in this park for multiple months recently and while the small area was nice…read moreand had free laundry, we noticed from the get go Kelly, the older lady that runs the park may be of the more cranky variety.. I usually tend to let the small things go and prefer the kill-them-with-kindness route, but I am absolutely drawing the line at her calling my partners company (that was paying for the monthly rent during our stay), months after we have been gone to try and tell their office she was expecting a check. Yes, a check.. neither I, my partner, nor his company have dealt with physical checks for a number of years. The day we left she accused us of trying to stay for free, even though we told her she was charging under our allotted budget, and we could pay whatever she needed, and shut down the use of the laundry room. I got the sense she blamed me for something, but I assure you I took very good care of her laundry room. It's on camera, and I know it works because she tried to scold me over it while I was doing my laundry once. My personal best guess is she either is alone dealing with elderly mental issues such as dementia, or the other sad possibly.. drugs and needs money. Either way, such a shame, such potential.

There was trash all over by the dumpsters, no one working there bothered to pick it up. It's just a large parking lot and nothing to it! The kids got out of the RV from being in there all day and were like, this is it?? It looks like most of the people had their RVs parked there and were empty or were just people that worked in the area. If your just going to use it as a rest stop for the night then it's fine. Don't except much. One more thing, the manager should really learn how to use a mask properly especially because you have to go into the office to sign paper work. There are two dog parks that get busy during the evening and one of them is always muddy and practically unusable but it has a nice dog wash station that is free to use. There is also usually a lot of dog waste that doesn't get picked up. The gym is small but has a good set of dumbbells and a few pieces of equipment that allow for effective workouts, however one of the treadmills has been out of service for over a month. There are showers and a pool available but I have not used them. The public bathrooms have been clean the couple times I've used them. A lot of the washers and dryers are consistently broken and out of service as well but the areas are always tidy. The main entry gate has also been broken for over a month and just sits open at all times of the day for anyone to enter. The water has been shut off a couple times with no notice from staff and we've had some issues with neighboring campers hosting loud parties into the early morning on week nights. The park is mostly clean, minus the few stray beer cans on occasion. There are plenty of dumpsters and they are emptied every day or every other day. Have never had any issues with them being full or overflowing. The staff has been mostly friendly and overall it's not the worst RV park I've stayed in.
