Jeff worked with me to get the right sized unit and even made accommodations should I need something bigger. When I came back later to load the unit, Bill had cleared the snow from in front of the locker! The unit was clean and dry and I am sure my stuff will be well protected. Jeff and his staff are unbelievable! When I purchased a car and needed storage until I could pick it up. Not only were they willing to take delivery of the car, they were willing to let me send a car cover to the office and they put it on the car for me. As if that wasn't nice enough, when I came to pick up the car, the battery was dead (not unexpected). While they weren't obligated to help me in any way, the manager not only helped me jump start it with his truck, but also called a relative to come help in case we couldn't get it started. Not only does no one answer the phone, the office hours are unreachable, and we are now unable to email the local office. The worst part is that our monthly unit rate went up $92, in two months with no prior knowledge. To which, we previously received notice via letters - when the monthly rate increased. There was no explanation of the price increase (we paid $429 in August, $402 in July, and $337 in May - for a 10 x 30), when the website under the newly acquired partner, Go Store It - advertises $185 for the same size unit. We have been loyal customers for over 2 years, and as a teacher in the community, I will be spreading the word on the horrible customer service and hikes in prices, taking your money (we use automatic withdrawal) with no warning. Find a better place to store your belongings and the rate below should be ZERO stars.
