For example, I pulled a box from my unit one day and unknowingly had a single crayon and a paper clip fall out from the bottom of the box. The next day she called threatening that I had to "come clean up my mess" or she would charge me a $50 fee. The unit itself was very old and in poor repair. My belongings all got destroyed with water damage, pooling water, mold and mildew, and flaking paint. I complained, and the manager said there was nothing she could do about the flaking paint, and blamed the damage on me not opening up the unit often enough to allow for air circulation. Ridiculous! Additionally, the rent has been steadily increasing every couple of months, while absolutely nothing about the service or facility had improved. They blamed the increases on rising costs. I could believe that the first time, but not the next 4 increases, especially given the poor quality of the unit I was in and the declining condition of the facility overall. There are definitely better options available - choose one of them instead!

They are on top of the business and will self reserve a unit if you are repeat customer. A huge perk, I don't sweat seasonal storage. They have always been ready for me. Your items are secured with a key card security gate and the building has security cameras. The units are not heated or air conditioned but are well kept and have quality doors. I have never seen bugs or rodents in any of the units I rented. A gravel lot is also available for RV or boats. I have not used it yet. However, it is full for fall and winter so I suspect you need to book early. Cons: I wish the boat/RV lot was covered. A hopeful boat owner soon I will definitely be looking for that.

This isn't a dirt lot with a bunch of junk laying around, it's actually secured with an electronic gate and cameras throughout.
