The Red Dot Storage is a good and reasonably priced. The only issue I had really was their…read moresnowplowing took to long. We had unit we needed to clear out but unfortunately we had a snow storm the Friday before we planned to clear it out. We went to the storage unit in the morning and it.was still snow covered about 5-6". We called and was told.it should be plowed by 2:00pm. We went back 2 nope it wasn't plowed. We called again they said by 10 am Sunday. We went back at 10 nope. So around noon I borrowed my neighbors.truck but got stuck trying to get to my unit. A plow driver in the business behind came and plowed me out I asked if he does this lot he said no but I seen you needed help. Never got to the unit. Well I didnt get out in time and got charged another month. I called and told them of my situation so they cut the bill down and I was able to get my stuff out. So even though their corporate office people where nice and helpful. The manager of the Genoa City office needs to.do a better job getting their lots cleaned. So that is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.
