I showed them other quotes I got and they gave me a very comparable price. They offered the different ways to pay, told me up front the CC percentage the processing company charges which they simply pass along, or if I wanted to avoid that, the other methods I could pay. The entire process was hassle free and very, very easy to work with. They were even able to have the containers loaded onto a truck while I was finishing paperwork, when I was leaving, the delivery driver was about to pull out and deliver them. The driver that delivered them, I believe was Jorge or Jesus (I forgot now) was absolutely the best. Very easy to work with, had no issues putting the boxes exactly where I wanted them using 45-50ft trailer. Placed with precision and didn't come close to rubbing the tires on any curbs. If you're looking for a container, go see these people, hands down the best.

When I complained about the excessive heat and smells it produced, he "vented" it using the previous standing tank's exhaust. After nearly a week, we were still having problems so we started looking into it, only to discover he had installed an OUTDOOR unit! I turned to Yelp and found Josh Mintz plumbing, who I called first thing the next morning. Thankfully, he had an opening to come take a look a few hours later. Upon arrival, he IMMEDIATELY realized the danger we were in, and made arrangements to remove the improper unit right then. He and his crew replaced it with a wonderful, quiet, smell-free tankless water heater that same day! I am SO thankful for Josh & his crew--there's no telling what could have happened if the prior one was left in place (carbon monoxide, explosion, fire, etc). Josh is very professional, knows his stuff, and really cares about his clients. He'll be my go-to plumber from now on!

His recommendation was spot on the money within 6"! Josh sent out a man who absolutely did and incredible job. No matter what, the concrete dust is going to happen, and you can only keep so much out. Everything was done. Jackhammering, fixed the pipe, back filled the concrete, and had it fixed quickly! We are back to normal - except we will be replacing our floor after Christmas. Luckily, we had a rug that was big enough.
