When I approached the field, I called one of my employees who was in the reception area and asked to confirm they wanted me to park in the field because I had concerns with the rain. They said if we parked in the lot and they need a parking space I would be woken up and told to move my truck. It was morning and we needed to leave at 5 am and I just wanted to stop somewhere clean and get a few hours of sleep to continue on our travels. I did as they asked and my truck and trailer slid into the mud, jackknifed and got stuck. They didn't offer any help or compensation and said I was responsible. I had to pay $250.00 to get my truck pulled out and only got 1.5 hours of sleep. The worst!! Regardless of whether they knew the field was safe or not, no form of customer service was offered to make up for THEIR error.

We had a fussy babies so that was very hard. Our second room we stayed the night they told us that room service would be around our room at 11 AM. We left at 9 AM when we came back at 1 AM. Our room was never cleaned. The staff assured us before we left that our room would be cleaned so they switched our rooms again and our third and final room had a mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. The doors are very easy to open from the inside so they don't lock well. Our child had ran out the room and kept trying to and is a door we tried to put on the locks, but she was able to escape. I will not be staying at this hotel again. It was supposed to be a vacation but instead, it was very stressful every room we went in, had something wrong whether it was outlets, mold, or the blinds and also having no soap in the rooms to take showers. The breakfast was OK. The elevators were extremely scary. I thought they were going to break every time we went up and down they were making weird noises and stalling. we paid 140 for the original room but since they had to keep on changing our rooms, our total ended up at 170 when it was something out of our control.

Even with reservation until the next month. Management said reservation was being canceled we had until next day to leave!! My sister told manager we had two Elderly & Disabled Family Members and moving them on such short notice was a huge inconvenience with it being Texas/OU college football weekend all hotels are booked. Manager Nicholas then became Very Rude and Aggressive saying He Needed that Room!! and another employee named Alisha joined in saying It's Not Their Fault You Are Homeless!! Then Nicholas Got in My Sister's Face to the point where another employee had to come Between Them! Once separated He just stood there with an Intimidating Look on his Face not taking his eyes off her!! At this point my Sister became Fearful of her Safety. And just wanted to get herself and our disabled family members out of building without further incident. To add more insult to situation. Our company put us up here or we would have left immediately after checking in. I can say we will never stay here again. We will pay for a room ourselves and stay elsewhere. So first, the few good points. Check in was quick. A van with six people had arrived just before us. Even with only one front desk person, we had little wait time. The bed was pretty comfortable. The shower was hot. The atrium is pretty. Unfortunately, none of these things outweighed the bad. 1. Upon check in, the desk clerk recommended an area on the side for parking with an additional entrance. We found it, and while hubby parked the car, I grabbed a couple things and went to head inside. I tried my card but continued to get a red light. A man came to the door from inside and opened it for me proceeding to tell me it was broken. Hmmm....okay. We later found out it wasn't a matter of the card not working and the door being broken. The security feature that locked it didn't work. All you had to do was pull on the door and it opened, so anyone could walk in. 2. I go in and head to the elevator. The door opens. I step in and there is another person inside. My hands were full, so I set a bag in the corner. The man told me that it's not a good idea because he thinks someone peed in the corner. Hmmm...okay. I quickly grabbed my bag as I realized he was probably right. The floor looked damp and the elevator smelled. 3. The whole hotel smelled!! Not of urine, but old staleness covered up with disinfectant. It was invasive. I went to bed with it in my nose. I fell asleep thinking about taking a shower in the morning. Unfortunately, even after we left it seemed to linger on our stuff. Yuck!! 4. I find our room and enter. First thing I notice is the TV is on. Kinda weird. Upon further investigation, there was an opened can of soda in the fridge. Hmmmm....okay. We figured one of the staff must have have been hanging or hiding out for a break. 5. The ceiling. See pictures. Severe water damage in room entry area and bathroom ceiling. Dangerous and disgusting are two words that come to mind. 6. Vending machines on each floor. Bonus! Not so much. I had purchased a mini pecan pie for a snack. I've eaten them before, but this one tasted off. After a few bites I had to stop. I grabbed the wrapper and found the date. Sell by 10/13/19. Oh, yuck!! Our stay was in January 2020. I checked other dated items in the same machine then checked other machines. There were numerous items in multiple vending machines with similar out dated expirations. See pics. 7. Pool was not heated and it appeared hot tub had no water in it. 8. As we were preparing to leave our room the next morning, someone had set off the fire alarm. It was apparently a false alarm, but quite eerie as it continued to sound. In it's heyday, I'm sure it was a beautiful hotel. It's far from that now. Now it's just disgusting! There are plenty of reasonably priced clean, nice hotels. Do not stay here!!

The shower was good sized and had perfect water pressure. They even include shampoo/conditioner/ and body wash in the shower for you. The concession prices are a bit high ($5 for a 20oz soda and $3 for a small bag of M&M's) but I didn't want to have anything delivered at that moment.
