The full amount of my order was deducted from my account..when I called and asked why, I was told that they weren't sure..gave me a number to call for customer issues..when I called and explained the problem, I was told that it hadn't been deducted..it was pending..my account balance shows the full amount was deducted..when I explained that I had to go to another feed store to get what I needed, I got the response "oh..you had to buy it twice " and was told if the difference wasn't refunded back to my account by Monday to call back..it's a 100 mile round trip for me to drive to TSC..while I'm not the biggest customer they have..I still spend roughly 600 to 800 a month there..until now...I'll take my business elsewhere from here on..it may nit seem like a lot to them..but it is to those of us who work hard for our money
