Her response was to cuss me out. She was parked for significantly longer than the allotted 15 minutes. A few hours later, she left a 1-star Google review online for my business, even though she wasn't a customer. CONSUMERS BEWARE: If you need a realtor, choose one who is unlike Alice Hu, since she doesn't comply with parking signs, shows disrespect toward the neighbors of the properties she shows and is retaliatory if you point out her shortcomings!

Alec was apathetic and incompetent toward my need to purchase commercial property. He never initiated contacting me--it was always me contacting him. He never thought outside the box to try to come up with any suggestions for assisting me. I dealt with him for 2 months and came to the conclusion that my need for a commercial property was no longer on his radar. Last Sunday, I sent him an email. By Tuesday evening, I did not receive a response from him, so I emailed him again. His response was that he went away for the weekend to visit family and did not bring his phone with him. I told him that I didn't believe him. When I contacted Stephen Mottola about my experience with Alec, Stephen suggested I take my business elsewhere. In doing some online research about Alec, he is very young and has only been a realtor for about a year. That explains his lack of motivation. Shame on Stephen for defending Alec. FOOTNOTE: Within hours of my creating this online truthful review, I received a cease and desist email that Alec apparently instructed an attorney to send to me.
